    my biggest concern was that the mattress was *extremely* worn in and the pillows were super flat. i love Hampton, but this... wasnt that. worst hampton ive been to, honestly, in terms of comfortability. less important, but still a factor kn my rating: swimming pool was closed and they had to turn the water off for several hours one morning. water pressure was ok.

    Driving in from Houston, this was a great place for us to stay, as it met all of our needs and was perfectly located for getting around the city. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and clean. Shana (Shay) at the reception desk was outstanding—she provided clear communication, offered assistance when needed, and delivered excellent customer service. The biggest plus was it being animal friendly.

    All of the staff was super kind, we came in late in the night and left early in the morning. The man at the front desk Shawn was an absolute delight and made us feel very welcome coming in so late.

    I had a great stay at this hotel from start to finish. The experience was comfortable and welcoming, and everything met my expectations. Sharon at the front desk was especially great friendly, professional, and very helpful during check-in and throughout my stay. The entire team was also wonderful, providing excellent customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere.

    I just stayed here with a Co-worker on a business trip. It was a perfect stay, as always with Hampton. Everything was clean, great breakfast, and wonderful friendly staff. Upon checkout there was an issue with a charge. The representative, Shay, was extremely professional and courteous with the issue. She got it solved for me with expediency and with a smile. Once again, the Hampton exceeds expectation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
