Downtown San Antonio is just 20 minutes from our hotel.We have a 24-hour fitness center and market, plus free WiFi and breakfast.

- JAJeanie ArceDec 28, 20252.0The rooms weren’t bad but definitely stayed in better Hiltons. There was no body wash in the showers only hand soap. The air conditioner wasn’t working very well so the room was a little warm. We got down to breakfast in the morning they were out of a lot of things (napkins, coffee lids, cups,) and seemed inconvenienced to get them. The tables were all dirty and sticky.

After further inspection we noticed that the AC unit had a puddle of liquid under it, seeping onto the floor. The front desk clerk insisted that there was no other available rooms to switch to and that no one would be able to clean it or fix the leak. So we were stuck in the room breathing in the chemicals. We had to stay the night as we had no other option and found that both of our bath towels had hair clippings from the previous guest and the bed sheets had multiple stains as well. The 2nd front desk clerk did give us new towels and was more helpful than the first one. Overall, would never stay here again and do not recommend.
