The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect for resting after a long day. My sons had a blast during breakfast, and the food was delicious — the molcajete salsa was a huge hit! The location is also very convenient. Overall, a great stay with friendly staff, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely continue staying here.
- SSSuekebeeJan 3, 20265.0I really enjoyed my stay!! The customer service is top notch!!!!!!!! The only thing I wish is they polished the fixtures in the showers 🚿 😒 because it's a lot of rust. Other than that it's a perfect basic place to stay. It has air/heat, fridge and microwave downstairs. Oh they have THE BEST hot/cold breakfast as well. 10/10 I would recommend. One other thing I want to add is no closet just a rack.

It is completely unacceptable to bill a client the full price of a new TV for a six‑year‑old unit. I’m close to reaching Diamond status, but after this experience, I will never stay at a Hilton property again.
- NANorris AlwardDec 19, 20255.0We just arrived, we got welcomed by amazing Staff (Madison) she accommodate all our needs straight away, we literally asked once, she ensured we settled in nicely as well with a follow up message after, she had made all the difference really, I mean what do you need when you go to a hotel! A welcoming pleasantly person who help you and ensure you had the best stay.. right! We feel at home. Now we can get ready to sea world, six flags and what San Antonio has to offer.

Complained and noticed the following day was going to be without water for 3 hours. Why not let the people know before they make the reservation. Either way was charged for the night but went and slept at a comfortable Marriot. Very disappointed with the Hilton brand. Will cancel my honors account.
