    0 positive customer service from front desk. Traveled hours after a long day just to get crap back. This hotel is merged with another hotel and if you stay at True, they make you feel like bottom of the barrel, trash, and passive with their comments for a simple request. The hotel is decent but the customer service left a bad taste. Please do better with merging hotel customer service. You can tell the difference if you stay at from one to another and it’s sad. I asked for a microwave to be brought (which you could get a places even half the price) front desk told me no because I’m staying at True. Which wasn’t cheap either. During breakfast, we were watching TV and this lady cleaning up got the remote and changed the channel. Was I in the twilight zone?? **Quick update: The “owner“ responded to my review and gave me the number to call to discuss further. However, they gave me the number to the front desk and customer service. There was no specific manager in charge to speak to nor name given. Why would I call and talk to the front desk( the person I had one of my issues). It makes absolutely no sense. It just further tops my frustration with this hotel and how everything is handled.

    I’ve stayed in this property several times and it is always a disappointment. Every time I stay here, the room I choose during check in the day before is never ready, even when showing up at 5pm. My recent trip, I booked a king room but they only had twin rooms available. So I’m stuck in a room outside the elevator, next to the ice machine. Not acceptable at all! Additionally, what is the point of staying in a Hilton if you can’t use their digital key for check-in?! I stay at Hilton’s because I don’t want to stand in the lobby for 15 minutes waiting for one person to check in before me. They charge a “parking maintenance fee” which may be the reason why I need to show ID and put my credit card in the machine and be time. This is unacceptable! Finally, the hotel is poorly constructed with numerous issues like poor tile work and bathroom doors that do not stay open. Hilton can do much better!

    Overall, the hotel was nice. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and courteous. My main gripe lays with the room size. It is small and not great for a family of 4. Plus we booked a room with 2 queens and a sleeper sofa but there was no sleeper sofa. No room for one either. As far as policy goes, we needed to check out at 3 but they had to charge us for an entire next night? Might want ti look at that as others have worked with us on that window. The hotel wasn’t anywhere near full either.
