Cons: Parking is a nightmare…either park under a freeway or valet for $30-40 a night and the service itself is not reliable. We scheduled for our car to be ready from valet at 6am for checkout and the car was there but no valet individual to hand over our keys so we were stuck waiting for another valet employee to arrive FOR AN HOUR (front desk not able to give keys I guess??). While waiting, the valet cat request dinged every two minutes with no employee to respond. Spend a little more to have a more reliable basic service. Disappointing.

Shower head was falling apart, I had to tighten it up but not all the settings worked. Bed was okay but pillows were not comfortable. Iron worked but couldn't use the water spray feature to press my clothes and it kept leaking water.
