I didn’t accept that, and suddenly the room was ready in 15 minutes. The breakfast wasn’t great. We don’t eat pork, and the breakfast menu had two main pork items. So I had only bagel and waffle which is not my favorite. I would stay there again only for the location.

My first room had a clogged sink and I woke up to multiple roaches in the bed and bathroom. I documented everything with photos and videos. I reached out to General Manager Charles Marshall by email, but I still have not received any response. I was moved to another room on the second night, but by that point the stay was already unacceptable. No one addressed the cleanliness issues or the lack of proper housekeeping, even though I was told rooms are cleaned every two days. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and I’m extremely dissatisfied with the lack of urgency or customer service. I would appreciate a proper resolution, refund, or compensation for the inconvenience and unsanitary conditions.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and cold. Breakfast was hot! What else is needed. Thanks for always making the trip easier!
