Nickle and diming you here. A hotel in the place of nowhere and charging for parking. Laughable....

Absolutely horrible and disgusting. As soon as my family laid on the bed, bed bugs were everywhere. The 24 hr assistant was rude and didn’t offer us to be changed to another room or go and take a look. He simply said you have to call my manager at 9 in the morning tomorrow. When asked for a refund, the manager only gave us back half. Horrible, horrible. Don’t stay here.

Subpar hotel service, weird stain on the folded towels, no waters offered upon room arrival like most hotels and the only water in the hotel is costly. Pillows are very thin so make sure to bring an extra one to avoid neck pains.

Room was ok. Bed was 6/10 on comfortability level. Location was close to six flags, so that was why I booked it. Also the price was pretty cheap.
Now let's move on to why I rated this a 2 star.
Being apart of the Hilton Hotel Chain, I expected a level of customer service above a LA Quinta or a Comfor Suites, which I did not receive.
Upon check in, the employee was on his phone with his ear bud in. Unprofessional.
Parking was $10....whatever its $10... but why? Its not downtown. Doesn't make sense. Also, I requested an extra pillow once I got into my room. I called the front desk, he said he would look for one....he called me back and said he couldn't find a single pillow anywhere....odd for a hotel that was not even half full....but ok. Seems lazy to me. I guess its my fault for expecting a higher level of customer service.... also breakfast was very mid, coffee was barely warm. Do yourself a favor and choose another hotel thats across the street
