  Very disappointed upon arrival. Stair wells are filthy and stink. Parking was on opposit side of main entry. Requested high level and was given the 2nd floor. Decided we'd try too make the best of it and go by the pool. The hot tub didn't work and the pool isn't heated not to mention they were both filthy. The chairs in the pool area were broken and torn. Only plus side was the front desk lady was understanding about the frustration and offered free cancelation. But, now we're stuck here because the original hotel choice across the highway (Drury Plaza) doesn't have availability. I will be calling corporate.

  The room was terrible. It needs renovated. The furniture has stains all over. The carpet had paint on it. Dead bugs were in the room. Breakfast had dirty plates and food was kind of sketchy.

  I'll start with a list of the good because the bad is far longer. The beds and pillows were fairly comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good. Other than that, the facility is old and run down. They appear to be in the process of renovating, but in the meantime we were in a room covered in stains, holes in the couch and it just fell overall dirty. The storage facility outside our window has bright lights on all night that shine through the curtains that don't close all the way. They have an outdoor pool that is not heated in the winter and the hot tub was lukewarm. If you go out in the evenings the pool has no lights and when you ask about anything they say they will get in touch with maintenance but nobody ever does anything about it. The fitness area is missing half its weights & doesn't have any other fitness accessories (e.g. mats). Overall it feels budget & like management tries to cut corners to save money. Until they actually start to care about their guests experience I don't think I'd be staying here again.

  My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. There was ongoing construction throughout the property, and this was not properly communicated at check-in. Even worse, I found roaches in the room, which is completely unacceptable. Cleanliness should be a basic standard for any hotel, and this made the stay uncomfortable and unsanitary. NO ONE WANTS TO EAT IN A DIRTY SPACE. Between the construction and the pest issue, the experience was far from what I expected. I would not recommend staying here until these problems are properly addressed
