Along with a myriad of local attractions, some of our neighboring facilities include, N. Central VA Clinic, Methodist Stone Oak Hospital (designated advanced trauma center), and the N. Central Baptist Hospital to name a few during the factory to frontline fight during the pandemic. It is our honor to care for the guests that serve us during these times of Operation Warp Speed. Breakfast was good HOWEVER they made a mistake on billing and despite multiple calls to the desk a detailed email and 2 messages left for the manager who has NOT bothered to return the call we have no resolution. We will dispute with the bank and although we had planned to stay at this location again we will never set foot in this facility and will be sure to discourage friends and family from staying here as well.

I checked-in when the hotel was under major renovations so the entrance wasn’t inviting enough for me to give a 5 stars rating. Not close enough to airport to offer a free shuttle but it is only 10 min to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel and if I come back to San Antonio, I will consider to stay here again.
- CSCarmen SedaDec 4, 20251.0They took me and my husbands clothes out of the washer. No one knows where my clothes are and my husbands clothes apparently got confused with a coworkers clothes. Room has roaches. They keep opening our door for “room service after we put the do not disturb sign.
