The rooms are so dirty. I had to move twice. The receptionist was very nice and understanding she apologized that she had to move us around so many times. The deposit is ridiculous $100 is more than what I paid for the room. Charging $5 for parking is ridiculous, especially when the parking area isn't even secured. There's no gate or protection for vehicles, so the fee doesn't feel justified at all. I've stayed and much nicer hotels and they don't charge for parking.

Amazing for the price. Clean rooms and a great staff. I stayed there over 2 weeks waiting to close on a place and never once had an issue. Great location for Six Flags, UTSA, and more.

Stayed here for my daughter's birthday. The room was fine, but we had very loud neighbors on both sides. I called in the middle of the night to request a room change and they didn't have anything available, and offered to credit my account with points so I could have enough for a new stay somewhere else in the future. I reminded them at checkout about this, and they said their manager would review it and credit my account the points. I had a 6 gour drive the next morning with my children in the car and i had gotten 0 sleep which is highly dangerous. I called several times after my stay and the manager was always mysteriously missing and would never call back. It time for me to book a new stay and surprise surprise, no points were credited to me. I called customer support who spoke to the manager, and they admitted there was a documented issue- but lied and said I didn't bring it up until checkout so they refused to credit my points. They Lost me as a customer for good at this point.

Noise, wind through the hallway was causing a whistle under the door opening to the room. There was also a weird sound coming from the AC. Luckily i am a heavy sleeper, but if I wasnt i would be more upset.
