It’s sad to say, but this is the worst Hilton family hotel I have ever been in 15yrs. I have visited over 100 locations so I have plenty of experience. This place is poorly maintained. First room door didn’t close. Moved to another room that ended up being dirty and with a broken shower handle. The manager was not onsite. No adjustments were made after the awful experience. Paid $79 for the night. Ended up moving to another hotel. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

Conveniently located near Six Flags, UTSA and La Cantera mall. Rooms are nice with comfortable beds and pillows. Swing desk is really cool if you need more room to work. Small pool is located outside in the parking lot. Hotel room appears clean. After 9 pm seems like a busy time to check in. Breakfast is a small continental buffet with muffins, bagels with different spreads, vanilla yogurt dispenser with toppings bar, packet oatmeal, fruit, cereal, coffee, juice and milk, so don't expect waffles or hardier breakfast fare. Coffee was also constantly out, so you will probably have to wait for it on busy mornings. The only thing that irks me is that there's a $4.32 parking fee per day to use their parking lot. It was not disclosed before booking and this location is surrounded by free parking (it's far away from downtown where parking is not free). It's a small amount, so do you really need to charge customers this extra instead of including it in the price of the hotel stay? At the very least, mention this fee before booking.

This place is more like a motel. There was mold in the bathrooms. All the shower amenities were empty. There was even rotten fruit on the floor of our room.

I love the location it was very close to everything. The lady who checked me in was super nice. She was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed. She even recommended some good places to go see in San Antonio. Rooms were decent for the price.
