- DSDavid Slater6 days ago1.0My truck was broken into both times I stayed there. The glass was cleaned up by staff so other guests wouldn’t see. I paid almost $500 to stay one night. Because of the broken window and belongings that were stolen. Never again am I staying at that hotel again. I was parked outside the front door. They have cameras but they aren’t monitored. Made a police report. Beware of this hotel. It’s not a safe environment.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. (Based on previous reviews, I was so glad I didn't find any pest issues throughout the hotel; they must have fumigated, which is great!) The location was very convenient for attending BMT at Lackland AFB, which was a big plus and made getting back and forth easy. That said, there were a few disappointments. The bathtub on the first floor had a water leak, which was heard throughout the night, and the orange juice at breakfast tasted watered down. Additionally, the elevator was out of service during our stay, which made getting around the hotel more difficult than expected. Overall, value paid for the stay was decent thanks to the service and location, but the maintenance and amenities could use some improvement.

Last minute booking to stay close to sea world couldn't get out fast enough . 1 remote for 2 tv ac had to stay on super cold if not it would get hot. Lets hope for a hilton rep visit to view their investment. Lets hope for a refund.
