- LDLiz Db5 days ago1.0Dirty & Roaches! When I walked into my room it smelled like musty mildew towels or sweat, made it hard to breathe. It was coming from the bathroom, so I had to keep the door closed. My bed had hair (not mine) on it, so I wasn't sure if my sheets were clean. I found a small ROACH in my shower walking around. I got out of there. Place was old and dirty. Staff was nice though.

We walked into the building and in the lobby was another group of people drinking. The front desk guy stopped playing his video games but not until We waited awkwardly. Carpet looks like something out of stranger things. Next time id pay 40 more and stay at Drury's

The front desk tried to say that no one checked in but that was a lie because I found out due to room charges and went to my bank and cancelled the card and reported fraud. I don’t even live CLOSE TO TEXAS. The front desk refused to give me a refund when clearly it was fraud and or an employee scam!! Never in my life have I been denied this especially with all the evidence I had of fraud. They still charging me for a 3 night stay saying it was a no show policy! Don’t stay here people.
- CACassandra ADec 16, 20255.0Stayed at this hotel for one night with my family. For the price point I was impressed on the cleanliness, how comfortable the beds were, and safety of this hotel. It was also very quiet, you can’t hear noise coming from other rooms. The showers have the body wash and shampoo dispensers which is a plus! They also have complementary coffee and tea section open 24/7. Their breakfast is from 6am-10am and it’s light breakfast such as bananas, apples, cereal, bagels, muffins, and yogurt.
