The room was dirty a lot of dust under the bead and the corners, it had a dirty smell in general!! and it needs a new air conditioning unit is to old and to loud! They also need better pillows I couldn’t sleep bc of that and the noise from the air conditioning machine, I wouldn’t recommend this place since is part of Hilton hotels is disappointing!

- ASAkram SuhoodDec 14, 20252.0Firstly this is my first time at Spark as I ran out of hotel points, my usual hotel is the Hamptons Secondly here are my findings during my stay- Negatives: 1) Dark and dingy lighting at corridor in ground floor towards room 151. A big NO and poor impression from the beginning of a stay 2) Bedroom floor carpet is dark and looks dirty, does not lighten up the room 3) Switch for the desk and stand lamp was hard to find 4) You cannot give a bottle of water a day per person even if you bought a box of 36 for $5.00 from Sam’s? What a shame!!! 5) one of the hand towel had a red blood looking stain. Very bad!! 6)Bath tap control to wash feet was not working and locked. I have see better shower in remote parts of the world 7) Shower gel was so watery no foam 8) Even when you offer just a simple continental breakfast as complimentary on both days the coffee was cold. I had to ask where the microwave was to warm it up even at 7:30 am 9) Banana was over ripe and spoiling. You don’t cut cost that way, you throw that for organic recycling. 10) Brightness of hotel room on website is deceiving not a tenth in reality Positives:- 1) Polite drivers at airport pick up and drop off 2) Somewhat ok receptionist at check-in and check-out. A little smile and welcoming would add a touch. 3) Price
