- TTTyler TracyJan 6, 20262.0Staff at the front were visibly irritated with having to check people in and even muttered under their breath, “why do you people need something all the time” before answering a phone call from a guest upstairs. Valet was an absolute disaster. After following the instructions on the card given to me at check in and texting the car-specific code to the valet attendant, we waited OVER AN HOUR in the lobby with all of our belongings on a luggage rack. Room had torn sheets and was not thoroughly cleaned. My kids had fun during their trip to SA, but between the front desk grumpiness, nightmare valet service, and seemingly low prioritization of cleanliness in our room, I would likely choose somewhere different in the future.

We parked our car when we got there and never took it back out until we left because the location was so nice. Parking was an extra fee. I did like the aspect of the mini kitchen. Has a large area downstairs overlooking the Riverwalk with tables and gathering areas for families along with the location of the breakfast that's offered.

Great location, right on The Riverwalk and they have a roof top pool area overlooking The Riverwalk. The weather wasn't bad but got worse (rainy) my second evening so no walking around. I wished I had stay two more days but had other plans. I was told that the hotel was once a pharmacy. Lots of history in SA.
