    My family and I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights to celebrate New Year’s. The first night everything seemed fine. My husband and I tried to use the gym on the third day, but the gym door would not open — it was stuck. We were unable to use it, and the front desk staff member was also unable to open it with their master key. The next day the gym was open, but we were not informed how it was fixed. Then, on the fourth day, it was closed again and could not be used. The issue was never resolved. It is also worth mentioning that the clothes dryer does not work, so if you are staying for a longer period, you cannot use the laundry facilities properly. Another issue is that there is no coffee available after 3:00 p.m. The location is good; however, the carpets are very dirty, and there is only one elevator for the entire hotel. During busy seasons, the elevator becomes very inconvenient, and it is better to use the stairs.

    Bathroom has only got hot water in the shower late at night. Tried to bathe and only got a hot hot shower. Amazing I didn't get burned. Had to move 3 times because each room had issues. Finally got a room next to the elevator and heard clunking noises every time the elevator door opened and closed. Toilet lower to the ground, knee breaker. Shower was like taking a shower under a fire hose because of the strong water pressure. It needs a total and complete remodel.

    Guest room doors have no good stoppers so they slam very loudly all night long. Ice cold pool. It could have been 100 degrees and it would have been too cold. We asked about the pool and they said they don't have a heater. That's how their pool works. You know something is seriously wrong when a manager replies to your review same day and tries to dismiss your concern with another excuse. A little bit of a bug problem. There was trash left behind in our room with no alternative available. Woke up to lip prints on our vehicle. Obviously you don't want to leave valuables in your vehicle. As lit as the parking lot is, doesn't seem too safe. No one would say “Good Morning”. Spanish was demanded every time. On our last day we were locked out of our room. Be sure to pick up a key card.
