The indoor pool was closed, which was one of the main reasons we booked here. The toilet in our room was broken and the phones in our room didn’t work. Music from down stairs is SO LOUD!! The bath tube was not clean. It had dirt and grime sitting by the drain. The couch in the room was torn up. They allow people who are not guests to come in and help themselves to the breakfast spread. Worst of all, we had to take my daughter to urgent care for what looks like bed bug bites all over the left side of her upper body. DO NOT STAY HERE!

My only complaint was the TV remote was fairly unresponsive, however if you have the Hilton app you can use that as a TV remote which worked perfectly for me.
