Pros: clean, updated nice hotel and rooms with modern styling. Good location right by the riverwalk Cons: everything else The biggest issue is their Valet parking by PMC. Traditionally not a fan of PMC in general absolutely crazy. Valet took 45 minutes to get my car back to me which is absolutely ridiculously absurd. The hotel is mixed with Hampton inn so it makes things super confusing and honestly unprofessional. The room was nice but if there is damage or skid marks they don’t repair it as they should. As a gold member of Hilton, they did not treat me as such. No complimentary snacks, no “thank you for being a gold member” no comments. No hospitality or warm welcome by the staff who was absolutely rude at the time of check in. That is why the Hilton app is better. I thought my experience would be different since I was a gold member this time but I was wrong. Ridiculous. The only good thing about this hotel is it’s close to the river walk and semi clean but that’s pretty much it. Any accommodation or anything else you may expect you will struggle. Especially parking. Absolutely a waste of time because of parking.

Stayed here to attend our child's Navy A School graduation. The location was great and a close walking distance to tons of restaurants and the Riverwalk. The room was spacious and clean. However, the valet service was absolutely TERRIBLE. The attendants had rows of cars double parked waiting to be taken to the parking area, they said to request 20 minutes ahead to have your car brought to you but we often waited 30 minutes or longer and once had to physically ask a worker to please get our car as we'd been waiting over a half hour in the lobby and they were just standing around talking to each other, the attendants were notorious for just standing around with NO ONE moving any cars in or out and the street is certainly not wide enough for cars to be stacking up in a queue. If the location is going to have a forced fee for valet, the service should at least be worthwhile.

Very disappointed in this hotel. The only positive I can truly give is that the location was close to where we needed to be for a wedding, and the valet staff was excellent—quiet, professional, and helpful. Because of that, I gave the score a higher rating than I originally intended. We usually stay at Home2 Suites because we like having the refrigerator and mini-kitchen option, but this time we chose this hotel for convenience. I arrived at 4 PM to check in after figuring out the parking situation and choosing valet for per day $50 since our stay was only one night and Unfortunately, check-in was extremely frustrating. The first representative told us the room wasn’t ready, so we waited. We returned again and were told the same thing. Finally, we got back in another line and spoke with a different representative who told us our room was ready—this was after 5 PM. I also reminded him that we requested a 2 PM checkout because we needed time to get ready for the wedding. Which was documented during the reservation process by the representative the night before. The representative at the check in desk said he would “try,” but couldn’t guarantee anything. That made me question how it was fair to check in after 5 PM but still be required to leave by 11 AM, especially when the delay was on their end. I called corporate to ask for help extending the checkout time just a little, due to the extremely late room availability, but because I booked the room the night before, my option for a refund had already passed. It felt like I was stuck paying full price for a room we barely had time to use. Overall, this experience felt unfair and disappointing. We travel often, and this has always been one of our top hotel choices, but after this stay, I’m not sure I would book with this company again.
