AC is apparently off in the main areas, and while in January that's not normally an issue, it's been unseasonably warm this week, so moving through the lobby or the breakfast area was definitely unpleasant. Room AC was great, so that worked out. Desk chair in the room is fading, so I get about 10 minutes of seating time before it collapses.

- STShana TeehanDec 23, 20254.0BLUF: Not perfect, but we will stay here again. CONS: The garbage disposal would not turn on, making the kitchen sink clogged up. The TV wouldn’t go past the user agreement screen. The side entrance smells faintly of pot, I assume from people smoking it outside the door. PROS: They fixed the garbage disposal and TV as soon as we asked. Their employees are very welcoming and kind. The lady who checked us in, Gloria, was exceptional. The room is clean and the beds are comfortable. We are traveling with our toddler and infants grandsons and there was plenty of room for the 2 year old to run around and play in the room. He loved having his own special bed made up on the couch. Having a kitchenette was very helpful with traveling with kiddos. The numerous cabinets and counters were also useful, especially the ones at diaper changing height! We also enjoyed the special Christmas touches in the lobby, especially the gift wrapping station. That really came in handy. We have family around the corner, so it’s a super convenient location. We will definitely be back.
