I have mixed feelings about my stay. The place looks nice and has good ratings. (As a note, it is dog-friendly, which is convenient.) However, during check-in they told me check-out was at 11 a.m., even though I had paid for a late check-out. I had to mention it for them to double-check, and only then did they confirm my 2 p.m. check-out.
The room itself is spacious and well equipped: it has a fridge, microwave, sink, desk, and a sofabed. The pillows are comfortable, but the bed isn’t the most comfortable. I also found an insect in the bathroom, and the shower water pressure wasn’t consistent — sometimes strong, sometimes weaker.
Breakfast is very basic: bagels, cereal, pre-made egg patties, waffles, and some fruit. It’s fine, but nothing special.
Another small detail: the two complimentary water bottles aren’t left in the room—you have to go downstairs and request them. I only found out because my dad mentioned it; the hotel didn’t tell me.
Overall, it’s not a bad stay, but there are several service, cleanliness, and communication details that could be improved.

Terrible. Do not stay here. We stayed for a soccer tournament and we wish we chose elsewhere. We did not sleep AT ALL. When we checked in it gave me an “our pick” suggestion so that’s the room I chose. They KNEW they had a rowdy terrible group next door and still suggested that as their pick. This group of ladies was up ALL night. Talking, yelling, partying. Mind you, when we arrived with our kids they gave us a code of conduct with HIGHLIGHTED quiet hours (I assume because they think our kids would be rowdy. WRONG. These boys had to be up at 6am today they were in bed by 9am) the room phone did not work to contact front desk. I called SEVERAL times from my cell and no one answered. I started a chat online in the app and no one answered. I even texted the Hilton honors number and NO ONE replied til 4:40am!!! When I initially first contacted them at 1am!!! Those ladies did not be quiet until 5am!! And we had to be up at 6am. Came to talk to front desk right now and she said all she can offer me is points. I’m already getting points!! I’m a Hilton Honors member!! Ridiculous.

Rooms were dated but clean, however we weren’t given hand soap in the bathroom or paper towels in the kitchen. Also, our refrigerator breaker kept turning off by itself while we were gone, meaning our fridge was never cold and we could not keep food in there. We ended up having to throw away leftovers because they were warm in the morning. We informed the front desk of this twice (two different people on two different days), and whoever was working the front desk said they would relay the message to management. We never heard from management, so we ended up calling the hotel a few days after checkout. We were hoping to get some sort of credit for this, because our fridge was unusable the entire trip and we shouldn’t have to babysit the breaker and turn it on everytime it switches off. They could not offer us anything because my boyfriend was not a Hilton honors member, the only credit they were willing to give us were points to use on future stays. I am disappointed that they did not offer anything upon our checkout as we had informed them twice prior to checkout of our issue. Other than that, this hotel is in a nice area, just poor customer service

Great stay! We loved staying here on a recent trip to visit family. Huge gym, nice pool, quiet and clean room, good breakfast. Yvonne at front desk was great to talk with and very helpful. Will definitely stay again!
