The sheets literally had PEE and POOP on them and clearly were not simply stained, but dirty. We informed the manager who offered us half of our money back. We declined paying half the rate to sleep on someone else's literal POOP and PEE, and asked for the full refund, which she gave us. Two weeks later, I'm wondering where the refund is. I called the hotel and was told that they had rescinded the offer after deciding we were the ones who left literal POOP and PEE on our sheets. How insulting beyond belief. Shame on that manager. Corporate offered a full refund after 45 mins and two declined offers for free rooms and partial refunds. Terrible place. THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT HAS BEEN INFORMED *****Stay away!!!*****
