We booked through Expedia and said they can’t call them or provide approval for reimbursement. Do not book through a 3rd party and expect them to care. I will never stay here again. Another man came up and complained his AC wasn’t working either. If you have a family especially children, I would skip this place.

We had to call the front desk and sat on hold for about 20 minutes before anybody answered. Once we reached someone we found we had to pay $45 extra a day to park our car. We got here and went to our room. We booked a one king suite and found we got a two queen bedroom, there are two of us We called the front desk and were told there is nothing they can do about it. the floor has stains all over it. The bathroom was dirty and had stains in it. The pull out sofa looks like it was from the '90s. Riped, torn and had stained all over it. The room has a small kitchen with a dishwasher , not sure what that is for. Surprisingly I woke up early on Saturday morning and thought I would go get breakfast, they have a sign that advertises breakfast from 6:00 to 9:00 every day. Went down at 6:30 in the morning and I was told it doesn't start till 7:00. There is so much more that I could say. For almost 450 dollars for two nights, we will never stay here again. Let's go see if breakfast is ready, I'm sure it will be a 9 out 10 as advertised. Btw don't mind all the poor homeless people everywhere near the hotel. If you have the means, carry!
