My family and I have been to this hotel twice the last couple of months out of convenience. Both times Tommy has given the best service...even when we weren't too happy about our stay, he was sure to send us off with a smile on our faces. That young man needs a raise for being able to deal with so many different people and attitudes. Thank you Tommy for excellent service everytime!

The location is very convenient for my family of 6 being very close to the riverwalk. Very accessible to a lot of the places we visited. Rooms were okay but the Valet service was commendable. Shout out to JOSEPH for excellent service and for taking care of us, he made it easier for us especially with our smaller kids.

Stayed here on December 19th. The valet service was terrible, driver who parked my car stole a firearm out of my vehicle. Filed a police report. I stay 3hrs away so it's been a huge inconvenience trying to get in contact with anyone from here. Nothing has been done, I was charged full price for the room and valet service. Hotel claims the valet service is a separate entity but yet I still can't get in contact with anyone in management from either the hotel or valet service. I've called multiple times and no luck with getting in contact with anyone that can actually do something about it. Leaving this review in hopes something gets done about this. Next step is disputing the charges via my bank.

This was the worst experience I’ve encountered in all my years in the US. We drove all the way from Florida, and when we got here they told us they had overbooked the date. Me and my family reserved for this hotel with 1 month of anticipation and when we got here they told us they couldn’t give us a room. Kevin Wong and Cynthia Almendarez were useless when trying to solve our problem. They kept us waiting from 10:30 pm to 1 am trying to solve something but at the end the were useless. Keep in mind its December 31st and it was impossible to find another hotel.

This is the worst Hilton brand hotel I have ever stayed at. The only redeeming quality is how close it is to the Riverwalk.
The first night we arrived we came back from dinner and there were firefighters in the lobby. By the time we went up the emergency alert had came on and told us to evacuate using the stairs. We did so and listened to the alarm go off for the next 30 plus minutes before they announced we were safe to go back up but there was an error with the alarm. We went back up with our kids and the alarm continued to go off for the next hour.
The beds were horribly hard and lumpy to the point the pullout couch was almost a better option. I did not sleep either night. When I asked the front desk if there was a mattress topper missing they said they would send room service up, they never came. The AC unit randomly would shut on and off creating a wide variety of temperatures throughout the night. It also runs loud to the point my 6 year old son commented on the rattling noise. There was a giant mystery stain on the carpet when you first walked in. The only redeeming quality of the room is the bathroom and kitchenette. Both looked to have been updated recently.
The first day we came down for breakfast there was a decent variety but they ran out of milk for coffee and cereal before 7am. The next day we came down at 8. There was not enough breakfast for guests and I ended up just skipping the experience since there was no milk for cereal and the only other option was white toast or bacon.
