    The reception told me breakfast end 9:30am and I woke up 9:10 saw everything closed… for the price it’s not worth it !!

    Love coming here. Location, staff, and hotel are great. We have to always have the 2 queen suite and Home 2 Suites is one of the only ones to accommodate us. We have annual passes to Six Flags and bring the kids down all the time. That being said I found it weird when I was informed they put a parking fee charge on my room. It was explained to me that it was for increased security measures. So when I get here in the middle of and find no measures of increased security visible or security guard in or around the grounds I was quite confused. I get parking charges in major downtown locations but not at a Home2Suites.

    Make sure to bring your spare back because these beds and pillows are not it. On a family trip with the kids a few amenities are missing or not offered in room but available if you requested (maybe a cost cutting measure) the location is really good and most anything is available within 5 min. Breakfast offerings alternate daily which is good because some days aren't very diverse. The hotel is ok overall but that's about it.

    Initially we were having bad experience because our TV did not work 3 days. Michael (evening desk associate) was so kind. He even came to our room to personally see if he could fix the problem. Unfortunately the weekend maintenance informed us that the hotel did not have the part needed to make the TV work. He said we would have to change rooms which was not an option since we were already settled for a 6 night stay. Monday morning we went to the front desk and Anita assured us it would be taken care of.... and it was! Carlos was wonderful. He took care of the issue right away! Special thanks to Cynthia in the breakfast area, Carlos in maintenance, Anita & Michael at the front desk for going above and beyond to make our stay so nice!
