The bathroom wall paper is torn, and the finishes were peeling from the light fixture and on the doors also. The bed mattress felt sunk in. For the price I paid and as a longtime Hilton Honors member, this was not worth the cost. The staff informed me that I would be contacted by the manager and I never heard anything.

- MSMichael SkurnikNov 30, 20251.0What a joke of a hotel. The AC would not get below 70f, told the front desk and was told “the engineer would be up to fix it” What is his degree in, not showing up? Nope, it was never fixed and I was not notified. The shower door was broken (off the track), the housekeeping staff left a bag of garbage bag in the counter in the bathroom and our key digital key didn’t work on day 2. 4 trips to the front desk, 2 “resets” and 2 key cards later it was fixed. The only positive besides the location (like 7 minutes from the AP) was the lovely woman who runs the breakfast buffet, she was a shining star. The room and service were horrible.
