Deal lady told me I needed a reservation for a shuttle from the airport, so I Ubered to the hotel and then was told she made a mistake and could have called me a shuttle since I had a room booked. Then there’s no shampoo in my room so I go back down to the desk and get told it’ll be who knows how long till she can get me some bc the maintenance guy is God knows where and he doesn’t speak English. Then she hands me some almost empty shampoo bottles out of the recycle bin for me to use :/
