This is a great hotel. It was quiet and the rooms were really nice. The fires in the courtyard were great, and I got one of the best steaks I've ever had in the restaurant. But they charge $30/day for parking. Why? Because SeaWorld is nearby and they charge an arm and a leg for parking, so this place has to get in on that. It pissed me off that it charges you before you even get out of your car. They don't tell you about this until you're already there. They also charge a $30 "destination fee." Why? Because it's near SeaWorld. Guess what, every hotel in the world is someone's destination, you're just greedy. They don't tell you about this until you're already there. Next time, I'm going to stay one exit up the road, where the hotels are just as nice but they tell you in advance what it's going to cost.

Stayed here for NYE/NY 2025/2026 and it was a very underwhelming experience. It does not appear that they do a very good job at cleaning their room as we found a flossing pick on the floor next to one of the beds. I don't know how housekeeping didn't see that. I would definitely not recommend their restaurant, at least not for breakfast. They appeared to be very understaffed. The service was very slow and we had to send back some items. One of us just couldn't eat it. The worst part is that they didn't appeared to care. Not sure what was going on in the kitchen that day. Also, not sure if I misread it somewhere, but the reason I booked here was because I was under the impression that they had a "heated" pool? Not the case at all. Not even their whirlpool was was hot. The location is good, right next to Seaworld and about two blocks from major highway.

Booked the Presidential Suite through the app. The day of the stay the Hotel switched my room to a King Suite at the same rate. I called the Hotel and they told me my room was unavailable due to some water issue. I told them then they needed to adjust my rate back. I was angry so I called corporate. While on phone with corporate all the sudden the room I booked was available. This bait and switch of Hotel Rooms is an old practice and a tired practice. I cancelled my stay through corporate and booked a different Hotel. Do not stay here, who knows what other amenities they will lie about.

Pros: They let us check in 2 hrs early because the room was available. Convenient location just across Seaworld. Clean rooms (with balcony). They catered to my request of extra pillows and towels which I requested on the Hilton App upon booking. Quiet. Cons: No complimentary breakfast (but has a restaurant). Shower almost doesn’t drain. We have to turn off the shower and wait for it to slowly drain in between shampoo and wash and rinse. It’s annoying and disgusting. Note: charge 25 dollar parking fee. Not sure if it’s all Hilton that does this because they also have this in the last Hilton hotel we stayed at. Will I come back again? If we go to Seaworld, Yes, for the location and early check in when the room is available. Might check shower drain next time and would request room change if needed. Good thing we only stayed one night.

i stay here everytime ive come to san antonio to visit my family since 2023, i’ve never had any issues im a pretty new hilton honors member and am pretty ocd and germophobic but i LOVED this hotel until this most recent experience. I asked for 3 new towels and 2 small washcloths cuz one of our room towels had someone else’s hair in it prior i ignored it and just asked for new towels which i got as i was about to use this washcloth there was a brown stain on it. i washed my body with my hands and then was gonna dry myself before i realized there was someone else’s PUBES wrapped into the fabric of my “clean” towel. i am disgusted and will never be staying here again. for this price im honestly disappointed they can’t have some quality control in their items. the room had crumbs around like they just didn’t vacuum as well as some gunk on the fridge shelf and residue on the side tables. i wish i could upload pictures here because it was pretty gross. sadly starting to go downhill. staff is always super friendly tho! very helpful and usually very accommodating
