We called ahead to ensure there was parking for our truck and 6x10 cargo trailer. Answer was yes, it’s on site and well patrolled so no worries….made reservation and checked in. Found out parking really isn’t “on-site” (see photo) and not really in a great location. With valuables in trailer it was a huge target and honestly didn’t really relax worried about trailer. No discounts on parking and I had to drive to lot, walk back and forth to lot.
No soap in room, coffee was out at check in and no rush to make more, watered down coffee in the AM.
Room was nice, location is good. But for all the added fees that don’t get advertised (see photo) be ready for costs to jump. Also got charged $12 twice from “garden market” and they wouldn’t take it off.

First of all, don’t take 35 from Austin to get here. Second of all, if you do make that mistake, you better hope Q is at the valet to greet you and make it all better. He brought my road rage down from a 15 to a -1, took care of my aggressively-friendly dog while I unloaded the car, got us a luggage cart and escorted us up to the lobby, then directed me to the Rose next door for dinner, live music, and delicious drinks. 🥳😎 A1 day one right there, and everyone else I’ve interacted with thus far has been equally gracious and helpful. Enthusiastic 11/10 from this elder millennial princess. Thank you, Q!

So I’m currently writing this in the lobby but this hotel was excellent! I highly recommend it, the location is perfect. Literally right next to the river walk, so many restaurants and your doorstep! Also you can see the Alamo from the roof top. Great room service, everyone is kind and even when the people I was with were a little bit needy. But all of the staff were great! If you’re on the fence about reserving I would suggest you go ahead and do it. One thing to note was that the rooms are very compact and not very large. But if you want a comfortable bed, a nice tv and fast A/C system, I would suggest booking it!
