This hotel was a complete disappointment. When we first got to our room, the entire hallway outside of the rooms smelled like cat pee. The toilet in the bathroom was wobbly and not secured to the floor. There was wallpaper falling off the wall in the bathroom, the picture hanging in the bathroom looked like it was dipped in the bathtub and wet, there was a spot of blood on the inside of the bathroom door, the furniture in the room looked like it had been drug down the freeway behind a truck, the hot tub didn't work and had bugs floating in it. I typically choose Hilton hotels because they are "supposed" to be nice however this was closer to a Motel 6 or Super 8 quality. If we go to San Antonio again we will definetly not be staying here.

This place looks great from the outside and as well a good up keep in the inside as well . The front desk people are amazing always answered my questions and as well as my concerns . Breakfast staff are polite and amazing seemed to be on point . But this is where I had the most problems non of the housekeepers speak English and it frustrated me so bad how can you have a staff that only speaks Spanish not everyone that comes to a hotel only speak Spanish I did come to visit a foreign country . So one star for that which should be zero! They need mixtures at least to communicate with Americans ! The lady just looked at me because I needed to towels she said sorry don’t speak English ask front desk another housekeeper same thing and they are just on there phones talking not acknowledging there customers .
The room bed sheet had a lipstick stain it seemed on it. I don’t think they wash there sheets which is disgusting ! Overall nice place rooms and housekeepers made my stay frustrating. Won’t be returning again and will not recommend this place to stay somewhere else !

MICE FECES IN THE ROOMS!
I always travel Hilton. When I travel with my family to San Antonio and other locations we stay at Embassy Suites, but this time we wanted to check out Garden Inn at the Rim.
We rented a suite for 4 nights. We were located at floor #3. To our surprise, when we opened the sofa, the bed was full with dark spots. When we did zoom with our mobile phones, we realized they all were ¡MICE FECES!. I spoke to the personal at the front desk and they did changed us to the only available room at the hotel on the 6th floor. AND AGAIN, THE SOFA IN THE ROOM (AT A DIFFERENT FLOOR) WAS FULL WITH MICE FECES.
I went back to the front desk but the personal didn't help us anymore. *We had to resolve our stay for the rest of the trip. *
For our luck we did find a suite at Embassy Suites at Landmark. We did all of these maneuvers almost at midnight. Also the hotel was obviously pricier than when we booked our stay back in October.
They told me that the manager will call me and send a mail. And up till now (almost 24 hrs later) no signs of them. That is just unacceptable. THIS IS A MATTER OF HYGIENE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
An awful experience that shook a bit our tranquility during vacations. The kids don't want to travel anymore to Garden Inn, and I share their concern.
I leave photos. I also have a video of the second room with all the mice feces but it's too heavy to upload.
