    The people here are very nice. However, the property is a dump and reflects poorly on the Hilton brand. The light switches in the room don't seem to be connected to anything and good luck getting to a light switch in the dark. It has the saddest hot tub I've ever witnessed with the water not nearly field and the temperature of lukewarm. The pool area really needs some cleaning up and appears to be in the midst of a renovation but I don't see any renovation happening. The water fountain in the Jim is broken. And just overall, especially in the room, there's some weird empty closet that doesn't have anything in it and it overall feels cramps and low quality. Cheap doors etc.

    Why the heck is there even such a thing in a room. Handling the door isn't easy and you have to use a little force. The stuff! Omg. Over priced of the snacks, food and drinks. 8.25% tax without the price.

    Stay was fine but the ala cart breakfast is not nice. For years Diamond members have been getting free breakfast at almost all Hiltons. This place isn't like any other Hiltons or even any Hilton Garden Inns, it's the only one that charges individually for any item you want for breakfast. The people were nice, the room was nice, enjoyed the gym, food was good, location works well if using the airport. However, there's no shuttle here. Instead, they are partnered with Lyft. The night before I asked for a 5:45am Lyft to the airport. Finally at 6:05am the Lyft driver showed up at the hotel. This is unacceptable! Please fix this, this should never happen! Get a shuttle for your hotel. People stay at your hotel because it's close to the airport, if you can't get people to the airport on time then you are failing.
