I recently visited this place while I was in town working I also got a chance to see my daughter and they were very accommodating to my situation. We did order from the restaurant there even though the only thing they had there to serve was fish which my daughter really didn’t like that much but They had really good hospitality and we had no issues there

Hotel has a ton of potential. Old interior door open atrium layout is great and the location is great tucked right off the service road and close to the airport.
Took 50 min to check in with zero people in front of me. Rooms weren't ready. We reserved 3 rooms with king beds with the jet tubs. We were told none of the jet tubs work, then they put is in rooms with 2 queen beds, wildly enough in 1 of those rooms 1 of the beds was a double not a queen! Was told the king beds aren't available, but its "not a problem because every room is the same price" like they were doing me a favor, giving me 2 smaller beds instead of what was reserved. They did this with all 3 rooms. Nothing but excuses, explaining there's "nothing they can do, and this is the best we have to offer."
Rooms were average and offered the basics. In my room the fridge didn't work but didn't need it. Toilet in one of the other rooms didn't flush. Also not a huge deal bc we decided to only stay 1 night. Every single ice machine was broken. Breakfast was 20+$ and it was trash.
The only reason we stayed the 1 night is it was a non-refundable purchase through our credit card. I did double check Expedia and Booking and they are the exact same rooms being offered through our credit card company. Beware, you probably wont get the room you reserved, the king beds and jet tubs aren't real, all the sites say over 6 of those rooms are available and we went 0/3 with a reservation well over 24 hours in advance.
Lastly the staff, very sweet and kind folks, they were doing everything they could or so they said and I kind of believe them? This is a management problem. These employees are in the deepend and the dont know how to swim. They have no idea how to preform their job in the way its supposed to be done. In looking at the facility, and spending almost an hour with the front desk trying to figure it out, its wildly obvious this isnt a people problem but a processes problem. Zero training.
Lastly they charged me a $20 deposit per room, the gentleman asked me to swipe my card 1 time for each room. After the 3rd swipe he informed me 1 of the transactions didn't go through, at which point i pulled up my credit card app and showed them the pending transaction. He assured me it didn't go through and I would need to swap again, and that any over charges would be refunded at checkout. As im sure you can guess at this point they didn't, and weirdly the guy made the charge for 21.89. When I asked them to assure me the refund would happen if I get overcharged the lady replied "even if it doesnt its only 20quot; which idk, left a terrible taste with me. Maybe I was wrong maybe it is people problem?
Either way bottom line is this place is a dump and the listings online do not in any way reflect what you will get. The staff is a little slimy and there are 25 other hotels within a mile that offer the same pricing. I cant think of a single reason to want to ever come back here again.

This hotel is actually crumbling. Was given a room where the window blinds were completely broken and couldn't be moved, and the lock on the door was broken. Moved rooms and the blinds in the 2nd room were also broken. 3rd room the blinds worked, but the AC didn't and the shower hanger hook was snapped off. One of the two elevators didn't work, and the other was so creaky I refused to ride it.
The rooms are clean enough, and the staff is nice, but this place needs a complete renovation before any human should stay in it.

It’s currently 1am. Here right now and can’t sleep because the AC hardly works. It’s set to 66 and it’s muggy and humid. Shower/bath floor is dirty and stained. Room is dated, old, and smells of old hotel. My throat feels like I’m breathing in dirty air.
Beds are clean but pillows are small, smell old and have no support. Charging plugs won’t hold a plug they’re so used. USB and plugs on the bed don’t even work. Not happy. I will be requesting some sort of refund or credit through Honors. Luckily it’s just one night - if it was longer I’d be switching hotels immediately. Should have stayed in our normal spot.
Pics to follow.

It's absurd. The hotel is run down and features of the room don't work. We booked a "Whirlpool" suite that malfunctioned. No one on-site to repair it. They post a "satisfaction guarantee" but the kid at the front desk didn't have the code. The manager - Maria... she's a piece of work - wouldn't do it on checkout because I didn't complain to her earlier in the stay. I complained to Marcus. It's just an all around fraudulent scam from a dying hotel location. Hilton will close it soon enough. Spend $20 extra dollars and stay at the DoubleTree at the airport. This place is horrid.
