The staff were friendly, the room was well kept, the beds were comfortable, and the location worked perfectly for me. It’s about 15 minutes from the airport and around 20 minutes from Lackland AFB. Kevin provided great customer service and shared helpful recommendations around the area. There are plenty of good bars within a short walking radius. Acenar is a fantastic restaurant right around the corner, along with many other spots along the River Walk. If you prefer quick chain options, there is a Chick-fil-A, Subway, and 7/11 directly across the street. Parking is convenient as well. You can use valet, nearby street parking which is free after 6 PM, or one of the two city garages close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Typically you never see a manager unless there is an issue but she was there when we checked in and checked out. Really nice smile and very heartwarming welcome. Hotels need more Moraymas.
