I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. The hotel allows flyers from third-party businesses to be distributed to guests rooms directly, and unfortunately one of these businesses appears to be running a scam. Trusting that anything promoted inside the hotel would be vetted, I ordered pizza using one of these flyers. The delivery arrived late, charged more than the listed price, and did not include the full order. Despite raising the issue, it was never properly resolved. Even more concerning, a week later an additional $400 was charged to my credit card without authorization by that business. It is unacceptable that a brand like Hilton would allow unverified or unethical businesses to advertise directly to guests. This creates a serious trust and safety issue. Guests should not have to worry about being scammed by services promoted within the hotel itself. I strongly urge management to review how these businesses are approved and to take responsibility for protecting their guests. Until this is addressed, I cannot recommend staying here.

Front desk people are very nice and helpful. Hotel is clean and rooms are spacious and it’s in a great location to attractions/riverwalk. However, the walls are so thin and you can hear loud noises from housekeeping and neighbors constantly. Making a restful sleep difficult. In addition, outside our window we were next to a vandalized abandon building. We felt very uncomfortable about this.

This hotel is horrible. The day I arrived the room was completely filthy and the sheets smelt horrible and had not been changed. Lots of Hair was also seen in the hallways and in the room. Obviously they do not clean this hotel properly. The front desk lady even said there had been several complaints of stinky sheets not being cleaned due to house keeping not changing the sheets. Also, there were huge roaches inside the room we would find them almost daily. I was not pleased with this hotel and would not stay here at all costs it’s completely disgusting.

The room is spacious. They made us wait for check-in and then none of the amenities were refilled in the room ie: conditioner, lotion, ext. They charge you $50 for valet parking and tell you it will be a wait to get your vehicle because it is parked 4 blocks away. The parking across the street is less than desirable as well. Very narrow and costs $35. Breakfast is provided but it is cold and they run out of everything before 9 AM. We are Hilton members and I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I asked for things to be brought to the room and waited over an hour the 1st day we were here. Unexceptable.

I’d like to rate them a 3.5 but can’t so I’ll round up. The greats are it’s on the riverwalk, don’t overlook the back door through the home2 breakfast area that walks out directly on the riverwalk it’s convenient. The rooms are nice, other than the horribly small and inefficient pillows provided. The water flow varied a lot as did the temperature in the shower. Otherwise the room and breakfast were good. The biggest low is the valet, which Hilton will respond it’s not theirs, but it sits there with your sign on their booth as the picture shows I posted so don’t give me that line. When you pay for your parking, which is expensive and quite slow, you have to mandatorily leave a tip, which infuriates me as I had provided a cash tip each when I got and dropped off my car the couple times we got it while there. A tip should be voluntary not mandatory, the price is mandatory, this really got me mad, the tipping culture has gotten so far out of control. The front desk is very slow and one person works it at a time which is not enough. Took 15 minutes to check in, 15 minutes to try and get extra towels the couple times we did as we voluntarily don’t use housekeeping and 20 minutes to check out. We were recognized as diamond members and our written request beforehand was to not be next to the elevator, and guess what that was the room we got, when I asked why she said it was the only one left. So the loyalty we show to Hilton is again not appreciated, which is getting annoying and we question our commitment to the company as we stay often enough to be diamond members. Why do they have written requests if nobody cares, that really started us off on the wrong foot after waiting too long to check in. All in all I would try another property next time that would honor my room request and not force me to provide a tip. The valet would have been better off with my cash tip than the forced $3 I was able to lower from $7 at the start on the website when paying, I consider this fraud but won’t push it.
