The couch was dirty and torn, and we only received two hand towels for three people. There were no extra sheets for our son. When we asked to change rooms, the night receptionist (a man with long curly hair) completely dismissed our concerns and didn’t even bother to check the room. The pool was also dirty and very cold. We reported it to the front desk, but nothing was done. If you want to enjoy your stay in San Antonio, do not stay at this hotel.
