- CMCassie Melhorn4 days ago3.0I was in town for a BMT graduation.The staff I came into contact with were very friendly. The rooms, however, are in need of some serious updates. The bathroom especially. There was a decent sized soft spot on the floor in front of one of the beds, and the room smelled very musty. I ended up having to turn the AC off, but it still made me extremely congested. My TV also had this weird blue color to it, but because I wasn’t there that often, I just dealt with it. I left too early every morning to try the breakfast, but again the staff was very friendly. Parking lot seemed OK, I didn’t see anyone hanging outside that shouldn’t have been.
- CSCody ShannonJan 4, 20262.01. I always leave a notation along with my online reservation requesting a ground floor room. This hotel did not honor that request. The clerk said that they do not see those requests with the reservation, which is a lie. I travel constantly for work and know that hotels do see those requests and honor them. The clerk then said that she didn’t have anything on the first floor which was another lie because people checking in after me got a ground floor room. 2. I was charged for parking. There was no notification when I made the reservation that there was a charge for parking or I wouldn’t have made the reservation. Charging hotel guests to park in their own parking lot is the biggest scam in the hotel industry. I suggest that you stop doing it because it’s highly unethical. At least advertise that you do before people reserve the room. 3. There was a large group of teenagers running around in the parking lot playing tag. They were running into cars and running through the breezeway almost running into hotel guests and nobody was doing anything about it. 4. Aside from those major issues and the clerk acting defensive about my frustration, everything else was about average. Certainly not worth the rate I paid. I’ve stayed at lower rate hotels with much better customer service.
- SAsheila assaffDec 25, 20251.0Stayed here for 5 days while in the middle of a deployment, purposely chose this hotel due to them having a washer and dryer available. The washer and dryer did not work, tried 3 different days and even lost money on the machine but management was dismissive and didn't really care to help. They even told me I could call the company to get it fixed myself... we were supposed to hear back from management to make things better but that call also never came. Not very good service, my child also hurt his finger on the sharp restroom door during our stay. Disappointed considering our situation and the added stress this all caused.
