I reached out to the property to make sure that she could have a nice quiet room where she felt safe and could get some rest. Alvita, without hesitation, assisted not just me with this, but also helped my fiancé throughout the entire trip when she had to do late night work in the lobby. She went above and beyond guest service expectations. With all my years in the industry, it is moments like this that raised the bar and set the example. Alvita’s combination of guest service and with southern hospitality brought comfort and a positive experience during a stressful work trip. Thank you for all that you’ve done and we look forward to staying there again in the future.

This is my go-to spot whenever I travel to San Antonio and it will be for years to come. Management is superb and as I mentioned the staff is incredible. Highly recommend
- VAVanessa AldamaDec 14, 20252.0The staff was friendly and accommodating. The kitchen area and continental breakfast were good The atmosphere in the dinning area was nice. We had a poor experience with the room we stayed in the first thing when we arrived to the room was a foul smell, we figure there hadnt been any ventilation and the AC was off so we requested room spray and that helped. Once the spray wore off the smell lingered. We eventually found some dog food and what appeared to be a urine spot in the carpet from an animal. We also felt the room was deteriorating the tub was peeling and the walls needed to be touched up too. We would not stay at this hotel again in the future. We discussed these items with the manager and she helped us as much as she could.

Yes may have some quirks but overall would recommend staying here. Has nice clean large pool. Breakfast was great everyday something new. Always greeted with a smile and helpful staff.

Her energy was great anyone who has the pleasure to meet her will be blessed. We definitely will be going back and hope to see you on our next stay.
