    This is an amazing place! We stay here at least once a year when we come to see family. The rooms we stay in are always super clean and well kept, and the receptionists are all so sweet. It is usually quiet here, but it is right next to the interstate. Which does give it a great location but a bit of noise. The breakfast is always amazing as well!

    Horrible hotel, dirty, outdated, broken exercise equipment, no fridge or microwave. Front desk issued our room key to another customer and thank god we had the latch on door in place or they would have walked in on us. Front desk when we called to speak to manager said it was our fault as we did a no show. We had stayed there 2 nights already and he basically called us liars. We kept asking for his manager or a corporate contact to speak with. He Said we were yelling at him and he called cops to have us escorted out. Don’t bother going through the hastle we did. Stephen should be fired!

    I have one star cause there is no zero stars. Absolutely the worst experience at this property. 1) Breakfast is most bare in all of the Hampton Inn properties W 2) half equipment in the fitness room is broken 3) No fridge or microwave in the rooms 4) and the worse of it all: they assigned our room to somebody else while we were still in the room. When I then called and asked what was going on the manager named STEVEN told me it was my fault because I was a no-show the night before. Except I was a show…two nights before. Their records were completely inaccurate and decided that I was rude to him because of the fact that I pointed out very sternly that the error was on them. This is the absolute worst property in the Hilton chain, including all Hampton Inn

    DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR RISK YOUR LIFE!! This hotel is very dated and dirty. They falsely advertise a shuttle to the airport, but that’s not true. I tried to book the shuttle when I checked in and I was told I would have to use Uber. I called the next morning 1 hour prior and I was told that it would be two hours before the shuttle was going back out. The room was very unsafe. At any time, someone could’ve entered the hotel room. I travel weekly and I’m a Diamond Member. I have NEVER experienced a stay like this.

    I checked into room 328 for two nights. The second night I was there I woke up out of my sleep around 11:30 pm to hear someone from room 326 trying to quietly open the door that connects the two rooms. They tried a few times and eventually stopped, I’m guessing once they figured out the door wouldn’t open. Next thing I know my tv no longer worked and I could hear the people next door arguing and making a phone call. I immediately packed my things and left. (Keep in mind, there are no cameras in the elevator or on the floors). I checked in by myself. How did these people know to try to sneak into MY room out of all the rooms late that night. It could have been a wild guess but I can only guess that someone behind the desk tipped them off. I do not think the choice was at random.
