    Clean rooms. Their advanced sign in is limited - no options to select room. They assign one to you. Digital key experience poor - you can’t get key until you physically walk to the desk and check in which, of course, defeats the early check in benefit. The wonderful guy at the front desk (Steven?) said he would send me my digital key anyway along with a physical one. I was in my room unpacking before the digital key notification was received. Facility is old.

    We booked at the Hampton San Antonio Airport location because the website reports that the shuttle runs starting at 4am, and we have a 5:30am flight. When we checked in, we were told that the shuttle runs starting at 4:45am…too late for us. Not happy with the contradiction.

    DO NOT!! Stay at this property. They charge you parking fee and they don’t have any security!! They broke in to our truck and when I talk to the manager she said that happened to several cars and she Ofer to refund $4. Yes FOUR Dollars.

    Service: excellent 👌. The staff were very responsive. Room: we had a studio two Queen beds and it was very spacious. But here's the problem - Hot water was not coming in the shower. I raised an issue and they told they were going to fix it. I'm still waiting for it to be fixed. Will update based on if it was fixed. Bed quality: excellent. We slept very well. Air conditioning unit quality: Excellent!

    I recently checked in at the Hampton Inn Stone Oak location and had one of the most uncomfortable and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever encountered at a Hilton-branded property. The front desk representative, Nicole, provided service that was not only discourteous but left me feeling disrespected and dismissed. To begin with, Nicole did not greet me upon arrival, no acknowledgment, no smile, no basic hospitality. When I handed over my ID, she placed it flat on the desk rather than handing it back directly. I only realized my ID was there after she mentioned needing a deposit payment. Whether intentional or not, this came across as disrespectful and dismissive. As a Black woman, it’s hard not to feel the racial undertones in how she handled that exchange, especially given that she is white. She also completely disregarded my request for a first-floor room, even though the hotel was practically empty at the time. Throughout the interaction, her tone was snarky, her demeanor was irritated, and she made no eye contact. She looked visibly bothered to be assisting me at all. To make matters worse, her appearance was unprofessional and not up to Hilton brand standards. I have never had this type of experience at any Hilton property, and it’s deeply disappointing to see this level of service at a hotel that should uphold higher values of inclusion and professionalism. America needs to wake up and recognize that all races and cultures have every right to travel, exist, and be treated with respect. Little does Nicole know, I have a friend who works at Hilton Corporate and this complaint will absolutely be taken further. I refuse to accept dismissive, rude, or racially charged treatment from anyone in a customer service role.
