I cannot praise her enough! Bedding not changed but beds remade, no telephones in room, the ones that did have them didn’t work, unclean towels, no tv remote. The whole hotel smelt of weed. Overall a bad nights stay Not what is expected of a Hampton (Hilton) Spoke to manager who couldn’t give my money back as I booked through a third party. I have to contact them ( it was non refundable) to attempt to get this back.
