- BCBrenda CarrilloDec 31, 20251.0CERO CERO CERO en seguridad!!! ¡Robaron 10 coches en 2 noches seguidas! Nuestra estancia fué por la fechas navideñas, del 23 al 26 de Diciembre. La habitación limpia y amplia, el servicio de desayuno es decente, la atención de recepción muy muy buena. El UNICO detalle es la SEGURIDAD, la noche del 23 al 24 robaron 4 autos (incluido el nuestro), llamamos a la policia la cual no llego, teníamos que levantar reporte ya que nos robarón el arma de mi esposo, tuvimos que hacer el reporte por medio de un oficial conocido. El día 26 que ibamos de salida robarón 6 coches mas! en menos de 2 días 10 cristalazos! CERO CERO CERO en seguridad, tenemos la sospecha que el personal que labora ahí ha de tener sus conexiónes ya que los vimos afuera en el estacionamieniento fumando Mary Jane (el olor delata), y son los mismos chicos que entran a hacer el servicio de limpieza de los cuartos, no es el afan apuntar o incrimiar, pero si que el lugar preste atención a que sus empleados estan consumiendo dentro del lugar de trabajo y del horario laboral, mas aparte tiene que hacer algo al respecto con la seguridad.

The morning staff were very friendly and willing to work through the miscommunication, which was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was ok; cereal was available but no milk. Overall, I would stay there again.
