I booked a room at the hotel for three days, and I was supposed to check out on Friday before 11. However, I ended up leaving a day early because the hotel was, frankly, boring, and the bathroom was bad. The room itself was okay and clean, and the staff were very polite and respectful, but they need to work on these issues more. The room’s bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan, which is bad. The TV wasn’t smart, and overall, the hotel was very dull, which is why we decided to leave a day earlier than planned. As for breakfast, it was really disgusting. They had written that there would be eggs and cheese, but they didn’t mention there was ham included. They need to be more specific about that because it’s not acceptable just to say “eggs and cheese.” Finally, the pillows were extremely uncomfortable and not restful at all.

My fiancé and I stayed here for one night while visiting San Antonio. Unfortunately I cannot speak for the couple checking in behind us, but they were told that their room was not ready yet and would need 30 minutes still. The person at the front desk offered them a better room but for the cost of the room originally. Why wouldn’t you just upgrade them for free when clearly it was your inconvenience. This was also at 10pm at night, why is your housekeeping still cleaning rooms? We got put in a room next to where housekeeping was cleaning and they were banging all over the walls and we couldn’t fall asleep. The breakfast was cold at 7:30am and I had to warm it up in our room. The eggs were made with too much liquid and tasted like water. The room itself was pretty clean when we got it, but the bathroom shower door didn’t close all the way and there was a huge puddle on the floor when I got out. Lastly, they shouldn’t advertise this hotel as being in downtown or by the riverwalk because it is by neither. It is on the outskirts of downtown and no where near the riverwalk. This hotel is mediocre is best.

This hotel was a big letdown. The staff came across as rude and uninterested in helping guests, which made the stay uncomfortable from the start. On top of that, the room was dirty—especially the bathroom—which made me question the overall cleanliness of the hotel. For the price, I expected much better. I would not recommend this place.

Room was clean, Location was great and breakfast was good. I had the loudest HVAC unit I didn't say anything because I know they already know about it so they are ignoring the problem. Lastly $35 for parking is a little to much.

Stayed here for the first time in San Antonio distance to the mall and the Riverwalk is fantastic the staff is wonderful and beautiful the room we were put in was very clean we stayed in room 236 unfortunately I have one complaint the mattress it's been a nightmare it is very outdated mattress I've already spoken with the staff downstairs and they are working on a solution to get his moved to another room just waiting for it to be cleaned but dear Lord I am praying that the next room doesn't have the same problem the mattress is very painful instead of waking up refreshed reset I feel like I got beat up technically I did get beat up by the mattress if you think about it so now I'm taking me some Tylenol and ibuprofen to see if it'll help ease the back pain the neck pain the leg pain the arm pain because this is a very uncomfortable flat hard painful mattress. Other than that I have no other complaints and I'm praying that they come through with what they say and move us to another room came here to have a great time relax and have fun and the highlight is I feel stiff and beat up thanks to this horrible mattress.
