Was charged for a king suite, but downgraded to a courtyard room, and the front desk is telling me its the same price, which it is not. We let the hotel know we were coming in late, and I understand if they gave our suite away, but to downgrade and charge the same is wrong. Update: customer service contacted me and informed me they would refund me the charge for the upgrade as the room i got was not comparable to a suite. Just took a few phone calls back and forth over a few days to get resolved. First time ever having an issue at a Hilton, but im sure theyre busy for the holidays. I appreciate them correcting the error.
