If you like being made to feel like pond scum ask for a late check out, no doubt the answer will be NO! Just fyi the ladies at the front desk need to work on the tone they use speaking to people especially when they are diamond members... Based on the tone that was used when speaking to me they must think they still work jail behind the hotel. You are running a business not an ice detention facility act accordingly...

Hotel and staff, great. Shuttle bus driver, Jose was horrible. Told my friend and l to wait for him in front of Hard Rock Cafe at the bridge for a pick up at 1:00 am. We called him at 1:45am to let him know we were ready and we will be at the spot on Crockett and Pressa in front of Hard Rock Cafe by the bridge waiting on him. We called them like 5 to 6 times and he never showed up to the point where we had to pay $40 for a cab at 1:45 in the morning because he was a no show! We filed a complaint with the front desk when we came in and was told that the shuttle service stops at 1:30 in the morning and we explained the situation that we were there since a quarter to one waiting on him to be told that they were discussed it with management. Hotel is clean rooms are clean and nice shuttle bus driver horrible

This was a wonderful location for us. There’s a small neighborhood HEB nearby which was perfect for picking up a few items. There’s a free shuttle to The Riverwalk. Jose, the shutter driver, was amazingly accommodating. Make sure to tip well, as he went out of his way to assist guests. The hotel was clean, and it was a great vibe for hanging out in the lobby. We so enjoyed our weekend getaway, and I’d stay again!

The only consistent positive was the proximity to destinations in the city. The hotel is dated, and the room smelled very musty. The breakfast ordering service by putting a tag on the door was advertised to us; our tag was never picked up from our door on Wednesday night for food delivery on Thursday morning. We left our room by 9:45 AM Friday morning, and the room was not serviced by the time we came back at 4:30 PM. Sometimes our DoorDash drivers were allowed upstairs, and sometimes they were not, so it was very inconsistent. Morning front desk staff were helpful; evening/nighttime, not so much and it felt like they were annoyed to be there. Breakfast service in the restaurant - the servers were nice so I didn't want to not leave a tip for them, but it was VERY slow - each time, there were a maximum of 6 people (including us) in the restaurant. For $20 a head, the food in the buffet was very subpar, including the bacon was like jerky. Starbucks coffee tasted like river water, like it was made with water from the tap. As a Gold member, I'm not satisfied with my stay and will not be staying here again.
