During my holiday stay i was dreading the San Antonio business knowing the riverwalk would be flooded with people but despite everything the front desk associate Stephanie C was so informative and patient not only with us but others who were giving her so much attitude. I just wanted to leave this to say that I will definitely recommend to anyone wanting great hospitality and staff it is truly worthwhile.👍

I stayed in the room as part of our 10 year anniversary for my wife and me. We were able to upgrade to the suite, but I was hoping it was done as a complimentary item, but none the less it was worth it. The view from the rooms to the riverwalk is really not that great, but I think with the quality of the rooms I could overlooks that fact. The only downside to this is the Valet parking situation. They don’t own their own parking so it’s $65 for overnight stays, and it can take them over an hour to get your car on. Saturday night. If you are able to overlook these two things you should be fine.

Views are great, 3rd floor bar is nice. Location great for heart if Riverwalk. Hotel is just very small with no "vibe" of a lobby or entrance, etc. Restaurant was just OK. Concrete floors means they don't need to clean them very much I guess. Yuck factor big time. Bed covers are minimal and beds/pillows horrible. They could do a better job cleaning the place entirely from hall floors to the elevator. Rooms designed well, but overall, not sure how it has such high reviews.

My husband and I went for an anniversary trip. RJ immediately greeted us at the front desk and was very hospitable. He surprised us with a champagne toast and offered us water as well. He was funny and communicative.
The food at Domingo for brunch was delicious. We had the churro waffles and the eggs your way. Both were fantastic.
Our room was immaculately clean and with a great view of the river walk.
The valet staff was on top of it and responsive. When traffic was really bad, one staff member with curly blonde hair and glasses kept us updated on our car’s location and was apologetic. He was very kind. Chandler was also the best. He was conversational and attentive. They made our stay smooth when it could’ve been hectic.
Overall, recommend this hotel. The area is central to a lot of cool restaurants and coffee shops. About 17 minutes from the arena if you want to catch a NBA game too.
