VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!! We were traveling with our three children and were falsely accused of being loud in a hotel with extremely thin walls and floors—you could hear everything, including guests above us. The hotel smelled old and poorly maintained. We had to request sheets for the foldout bed, our room was never cleaned despite asking, and staff were unfriendly. We were abruptly kicked out, police were called without warning, and we weren’t given time to properly pack. My 6 year-old was scared. We paid for two nights, received no refund, no receipt, and were forced to find another hotel that same evening. Not family-friendly and completely unacceptable.
*edit to respond to owners reply...There were numerous families with children throughout the hotel, with noise coming from above us and from kids running in the hallways. Despite this, our room was singled out unfairly.
When staff came to our room, we were all asleep. We had been in the room for only a few minutes before the first complaint, and although our room phone rang twice, it was not working properly.
Asking a family with a 10 and 6year-old to leave under these circumstances was disappointing and unjustified.

I stayed there for like 3 weeks and it is awesome the breakfast is good Monday is Tuesdays and Wednesdays they have like dinner with wine or beer they have a swimming pool plus they have a kitchen and a dishwasher and the rooms come with plates bowls cups silverware everything you need even a coffee pot and a toaster in a stove top with a sink

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The front desk and management were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Everything about this hotel made my stay stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Nirali, the manager at this motel, was absolutely outstanding. She was professional, courteous, and incredibly attentive to every detail throughout my stay. Any questions or concerns were addressed promptly, and she made sure everything ran smoothly. Her warm and welcoming attitude truly elevated the experience and made the stay comfortable and stress-free. It’s clear she takes great pride in her work and in providing excellent customer service. I would highly recommend staying here because of her exceptional management.

Technical System error - they don't care - cost me extra $300 before Christmas season.
ROOMS NICE, SERVICE APATHETIC, ELEVATOR SMELLED LIKE URINE, LOCATION NOT SUPER CONVENIENT ONE WAY ACCESS ROAD (takes a long time to UTurn through traffic)
Do not book through Leavetown Vacations (VRBO) to stay at Staybridge Suites. They charged me for two rooms and two bookings when I only wanted one. My VRBO account and email only showed 1, but they refused a refund - despite me giving them proof.
In early October, I booked a room. I noticed my booking didn't get a confirmation email. I had to go to work, but since I had used VRBO several times before I didn't worry much. Later, I checked my vrbo account and my email and find no evidence of the booking. So I booked again, assuming the pop up blockers on my browser interfered with the process. I receive a confirmation and I see it in my VRBO account. -----When I arrive to check in I am informed that I need to sign-in for 2 reservations and 2 rooms. I did not accept the keys nor did I enter the second room. By that time I cannot receive a refund, because it's too late according to their policy. How was I to cancel an invisible booking that I didn't know about?
Hours later - double checking bank accounts, double checking emails and VRBO accounts - they only place the 1st reservation exists on my end is my bank account. ;(
I tried several times with Leave Town Vacations/ Staybridge suites customer service, and with VRBO's customer service. No help - they don't care because they already have my money.
By the way, I am a teacher and I was attending a conference. I paid out of pocket to learn and help my students. Now, I'm truly paying a high price.
