Deja in the front was terrible. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. Will be sending the videos of bugs and pics of the dirty bathroom to corporate.

- JWJeremy WhiddonNov 24, 20251.0Horrible customer service. They do not take credit authorization. They would not allow me to cancel the hotel due to them not taking my payment. However, I did cancel the room 30 minutes after booking the room and they still charged me full price of the room due to not showing up. So they wouldn't take my payment for the room but used my for if payment used to book the room to pay for the "no show" they said they would not do anything to help me because policy. I have used numerous Hilton properties and have never had a problem doing a credit authorization. He told me it was because they have a lot of fraud. Either way... Hilton member since 2005 which is all being cancelled because of how this location and Hilton corporate office handled the situation.
