    Nice spacious rooms, but every night the hot water ran out. Get up early if you want a hot shower. Breakfast wasn’t great either. I generally didn’t find this one up to par with other Home2 locations, I’ll probably pick one of the many other options in the area.

    Fantastic experience. Service is wonderful and I like the security in the elevator. Room was clean, comfortable and you have what you need with dishware and utensils. Would stay here again and I definitely recommend!

    Exceptional Customer Service Commendation - Home2 Suites North Austin I am writing to highly commend the exceptional service provided by your front desk attendant, Brandon, during my recent stay at the Home2 Suites in North Austin. His professionalism and dedication were truly first-grade customer service. Brandon went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and resolve an important issue, reflecting incredible hospitality and efficiency. Specifically, I would like to recognize the following: • Status Recognition & Problem Solving: Brandon expertly handled an issue concerning a potential no-show charge, quickly recognizing my Diamond status and ensuring the fee was reversed and my account was correctly managed. This level of service shows real attention to detail and loyalty recognition. • Overall Attitude: Throughout the interaction, his commitment to his job was evident. He did everything he could to ensure I felt welcomed and valued. True Hospitality seems to be a dying thing, and Brandon is a breath of fresh air. It is refreshing to have a positive experience to write about instead of just all the negative day-to-day things I run into doing this on a weekly basis as a Hilton Diamond member.     I have stayed in many Hilton hotels. This one was a last minute quick trip. Lobby and room was good. My only complaint is that the hotel says “ev charging”. I specifically chose this hotel and called the day before to confirm the Tesla charger was working. Front desk says yes it works. I arrive with a low battery and neither of the chargers worked. Otherwise good stay.

    Booked my hotel for a short weekend trip. It was fast and easy. The front desk employees were polite and had great customer service skills. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The price was just in are price range and will be definitely back when we visit Austin again.
