    Room and public areas are clean and tidy. Wifi strong and reliable. Staff also friendly and professional. We had 2 queen beds, and the one I slept in, the springs squeaked with every move, and mattress was sunken in the middle. The fridge was noisy throughout our 5 days there. The other annoying thing was the toilet seat. Also squeaky with any movement. Breakfast is disappointing. The yogurt dispenser desperately needs to be replaced or serviced. You press the button for it to dispense, and it sputters skinny shots of yogurt out. You have to stand there for some 3 minutes trying to get half a bowl full. The food in the warmer look like they've been sitting there for days. The batter for waffles is super thick. The juice? All way watered down. Fresh fruit in the toppings section? No covers. And the parts with cover, they don't stay up when you lift them to scoop. On our last day, I heard a lady asking the staff if there's fresh milk because 2 packs she opened were lumpy. The staff looked at the pack and said they can't throw it out until 30th (it was 29th), and had no fresher milk for her. We went elsewhere for breakfast whenever we could during our stay. A decision-maker of this business should come and experience the breakfast for themselves. It does not bring pride to the Hilton name.

    The hotel was clean the breakfast was ok but I didn’t like the fact that used a mattress cover for a blanket.

    Amazing staff. Brandon and Victoria my favorite. Nice and relaxing for business. Clean that housekeeping staff deserves an award. Really. An Im OCD bad. Never feel unclean here. The Breakfast Staff stay on point too. Even the maintenance guy very efficient about once a refrigerator issue. I knew it just unplugged. He plugged back. Kinda wish he didn't though. It made alot of noise. Overall nice

    My stay at the Home2 Suites in Round Rock was incredibly disappointing. The service was terrible, and the front desk staff made the experience even worse. During checkout, I asked if I could store my luggage for a short time, and the front desk guy told me they had no space available—without offering any alternatives or even attempting to help. His attitude was dismissive and completely unhelpful. The entire interaction felt rude and unprofessional, and it left a really bad final impression of the hotel. I’ve stayed at many Home2 Suites locations and never had service this poor. I won’t be returning to this property, and I hope management seriously improves their customer service.

    We had a great stay at this hotel for a baseball tournament. It was clean, staff was very friendly and the location was great. I have to give an extra Thank you to Brandon Reyes who went above and beyond when my son left his plush sonic toy here. He went out of his way looking for it and called me at the end of the day that he had located it and is mailing sonic to me asap! Thank you, Brandon!!
