The second floor where I stayed had a musty smell and the hallway carpet seemed to be missing padding down the middle leaving a long trench that your foot kept finding when you walked from your room.

Patches falling off bathroom wall exposing electrical wiring where previous lights hung before new lighted mirror was installed. Replacement door in bathroom but hinges were not mortised correctly and woodwork falling apart. Update. I went to the lobby to get a snacks and spoke to the attendant who was very helpful and moved us to another room. It was clean and didn’t smell but the we discovered the toilet did not flush or fill with water

- ZZZamaraNov 23, 20252.0I will never stay here again. I was stuck there for a week. The breakfast was terrible every morning and the next one I had all week was the cereal and milk. My first room had a roach and the faucet didn't work in it so I got moved to a different room. That room had mold in the bathroom. I was very disappointed because this was a hilton property but definitely not up to the standard at all. The staff was super nice but the rooms were awful. I will say it is at least close to the free way and a lot of food. I forgot to mention 2 out of the 3 fridges didn't work so of course my ice cream melted. Oh and if you are on the 2nd floor you can hear everything above of you.
