Miss Jordyn Serbert provided a safe space to work, and acclimate back to the United States time zone, and the winter cedar pollen. When I decided to take some PTO and rest before my next flight to California, she was flexible, informative, and ever so helpful. This location makes you feel right at home. Would recommend this hotel and an interaction with their Operating Manager to anyone. What a treat at the end of a long business trip. Thank you, Jordyn, Shelia, Alexis and the city of Round Rock.

- DCDavid CastanedaDec 26, 20255.0If I could give it 6 stars, I would. I need to travel to Austin / Round Rock on an almost monthly basis for work, for about a week at a time. I have choices, but intentionally stay here each time. The staff is excellent. The manager (I believe her name is Jordan) and the rest of her crew (such as JZ, no relation to the JZ), have always gone above and beyond to make the experience comfortable and accommodating. The breakfast is good, the rooms are clean, the parking is good, and their team is as friendly as can be. If you're traveling to the area and you need a good place to stay, I highly recommend it.
