I picked this hotel purely from the “hard bed” reviews. It seems like all of the Hilton hotels we usually go to have super soft and no support mattresses. We wake up with back aches and barely sleep. Here the beds were GREAT. They were firm and supportive. The ac was not that great but the beds and rooms were perfect. Staff was very nice and polite.
There was a big group of young kids staying here with their parents but they were allowed to roam free without any adults. They were loud and obnoxious. Would have been great if staff made sure they were with adults at all times. We will definitely stay here again because of the beds.

This hotel is very cozy, clean, and quiet. I had a large room on the top floor and it was very nice. Michelle and Victoria were also very sweet and helpful at the front desk. I love the convenience of the Starbucks downstairs and the order your own omelette for breakfast.

Very nice rooms. I love the living room bedroom along with a pass-through door to the bathroom from the living room or bedroom to bathroom. Very convenient with kids. Great location. Lots of shopping, restaurants within walking distance and a really cool park for kiddos down the street.

Room was warm when we arrived and had to turn the ac down to cool it off. Beds were a bit hard as well.
Breakfast was a horrible experience. The floor was sticky, there was no sausage or bacon accessible and you had to order an omelette on a paper in order to get access to meat? It was one of the most bizarre things I’ve experienced at a hotel breakfast. The orange juice and apple juice was also watered down.
Lots of people wanted meat with their eggs and pancakes so they had to special request it- the line got crazy backed up with people wanting sausage and bacon, so they started giving it out on plates they brought out….and the ladies working the breakfast were running around giving it to people on places. If this was a way of the hotel saving money it was super chaotic and a very tacky way of being cheap. Would not stay there again.

AVOID this particular Embassy Suites at all costs if you want to sleep before midnight.
The attached Bar Louie plays incredibly loud live music late into the night. Neither we, nor our kids, were able to sleep until the music finally stopped. No warning was provided by the front desk when we were given a room directly over the bar.
The same complaints go back over a year without any change, despite promises from hotel management to “review” policies or contact bar management about lowering the volume.
Frankly, I’m shocked and embarrassed, as Embassy Suites has always been a pleasant stay, especially for business travelers, and I spoke highly of Embassy to family lodging with us.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location less and will not return until the noise issue has been resolved.
