    Cool room layout. Elevator could be a little faster. Gaming internet for my console had no access options. The breakfast situation could’ve had more variety. I slept like a baby. Not a lot of foot activity around the facility. Pool looked clean all bathroom items were full. Had an iron and board. Parking not the prettiest but not a deal breaker. Shining point -The staff was super friendly-

    I have never been this furious or unsettled by a hotel in my life. The condition of the room was already terrible — dirty carpet, lingering odors, and obvious neglect — but what happened next pushed everything into unacceptable and UNSAFE territory. During my stay, someone entered my room without my consent. I was stunned and immediately demanded to know what was going on. When I confronted the front desk, the manager ( claimed to be the owner) started yelling, openly admitted that his staff had gone into my room “to check something” — as if that makes it okay. Let me be very clear: No guest should ever have their privacy violated in this way. There was no emergency, no maintenance request, no housekeeping schedule — nothing that would justify entering an occupied room without even knocking. The fact that the manager casually acknowledged it made it even worse. It showed a complete lack of respect for boundaries, safety, and basic hotel professionalism. Instead of offering a real apology or taking responsibility, he began to yell, became disrespectful like it was perfectly normal. When I demanded an explanation, I was kicked out of the hotel in the most vulgar way. This level of disregard for guest privacy is disturbing, unprofessional, and absolutely unacceptable. Combine that with the disgusting room conditions, the attitude from staff, and the general feeling of neglect throughout the property, and you have a hotel that I genuinely believe does not care about guest safety or comfort in any capacity. I left feeling extremely uncomfortable, violated, and angry — and I will never return. I do NOT Advise anyone to stay at this dump. Do yourself a favor and spend your money at a safe, respectful establishment.

    There was a cockroach in the breakfast area just laying dead on the floor. The rest of the place was very 2 star. I would never stay here again. I'm scared to try any Spark hotels in the future

    Don't waste your money ... found bugs in the room ,staff is very short which comes off as rude ,breakfast was a disaster, and didn't receive a deposit back from two different stays ...clerk couldn't explain why just kept saying you have to take it up with your bank.

    the two weeks I was there I haven’t had any problems with this hotel EXCEPT when I had a altercation with the women at the front check in desk. She is rude and has a nasty attitude. She kicked me out of the hotel because I caught an attitude back with her. She would not give me my money back after I paid for another night to stay there, and threaten to call the police if I didn’t leave. I didn’t do anything for her to kick me out. But for her to tell me I can’t get a refund after I paid for another night was crazy. She isn’t a manager or anything. She’s the only problem at that hotel and someone needs to get her from that front desk.
