  Stayed here for about 6 hours, just to get some sleep, and the experience was awful. The room was filthy, and the bathroom was so dirty I didn’t even use it. The front desk staff saw it and admitted it wasn’t acceptable, offering to move me to another floor—but I still paid full price for a room that clearly wasn’t cleaned. I was told a manager/owner would call me. No one ever did. On top of that, the hallways smell terrible. This place feels poorly managed from top to bottom. I wouldn’t stay here again—ever.

  One of the best spark hotel. The atmosphere during the New Year was especially vibrant and positive. A special mention goes to Madu at the front desk, who truly made a difference in our experience. She shared such great energy, was friendly, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic, which made us feel valued as guests. Her positive spirit really made the hotel sparkle and set the tone for our stay. It’s rare to come across service that feels so sincere and uplifting. Because of this experience, we would absolutely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

  Nice room and location but the thing that bothered us the most was all the staff members family invading the lobby. We checked in at midnight and there were family members in the lobby on laptops. We came down at 8am for coffee more staff family members. Several on laptops kids coughing and watching tv. Down again at 9am for breakfast and they are mulitiplying. Seems like more staff family members than guests…. They were well behaved, but certainly not what I expect from a Hilton. Perhaps a low budget mom and pop place. Maybe that’s the intent of a spark hotel, but I won’t stay at a spark again if that’s the case.

  Front desk wasn't very helpful at all. Had my confirmation # and that was not good enough. Front desk person insisted on seeing the credit card I booked the room with, which I did not have with me, so I was forced to find other accommodations.lf I could rate you all less than 1 star l would.

  Absolutely horrible. Horrible customer service, there were roaches in our room not only was it me and my husband but also our 2 toddlers and had to find somewhere else to stay at 1 in the morning and the customer service is horrible and hard to get through to an actual manger that can help or do something. Has a stink to the rooms.
