This is a decent place to stay in Richardson. Everything inside including breakfast is way overpriced for what you get. A draft beer is at least $8-$10 and breakfast buffet is around $20 even if you get oatmeal. Better to order off the menu.

Be aware, they will not allow delivery apps to deliver to your room! Staff took my coffee order at the front desk and never bothered to call me and let me know that the dasher was not allowed to come up. Seriously annoyed. Other than that the hotel is great.

The Hilton-Richardson just became my go to hotel in the Dallas area. Room met expectations. The only complaint was the TV kept switching from the channel being watched back to the Hilton screen/menu.
One of the main features is the restaurant & bar. Selena and Chris are awesome and the nain reason that I'll make it my go to...very attentive & friendly.

Elevators where broken. Everyone is waiting on each floor. One of our group members room had mold in it and he had to be moved. Breakfast buffet was over 60$ for powdered eggs and cereal. You have to clear the tables from the guest that ate there before you. This could be a very nice hotel if they changed a few things. Only staying here still due to a conference training. Never had a bad stay at a hilton before. They are letting their brand image down with this resort
