Everything was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, and location was awesome; everything within walking distance (food, coffee, exercise, etc...). Had an issue with the tv and maintenance was there within 5 mins to quickly fix. Only downfall is there no mini fridge or microwave in rooms. They have a mini cooler in the rooms that doesn't hold hardly anything or get anything cold enough to even bother with, and 1 microwave in lobby. If anything management needs to invest in those two things. Other than that I definitely recommend this location and will definitely return!

I chose this hotel because it's a Hilton, and a 4 star hotel. This is now my 6th stay here. Each one has been uneventful, the rooms are always clean, it's nice to have the standard be met every time. The front desk is always wonderful, and I discovered a while back that the restaurant has my favorite bread pudding. I've had it several times. I usually go down to eat, or order and bring it up with me. Tonight I called it into room service. It was packaged a little differently, so I started to think it was missing the ice cream, and the girl was so sweet she offered to bring up more, which was of course not necessary, since of course the ice cream in it was perfectly proportioned to the rich dessert. I didn't even remember that she was supposed to come back with more, so imagine my surprise when another hotel representative knocked on the door with a whole pint of haagen days! And silverware too! You guys! This is why Hilton will always have my business, and this location will forever be my choice in Dallas hotels. These guys went above and beyond, and I wish I had cash on me i would have given them a much larger tip for their kindness. Makes my $3 tip on the card seem silly, when i know they went to such trouble to care for me, when the "mistake" didn't even exist except on my part, by doubting the Hilton restaurant to begin with! I feel so completely spoiled! Thank you!!! 🥰🥰🥰

The building & grounds were beautiful & clean. Personnel friendly & helpful. Rooms were compact, but had everything you needed. I was at the hotel for a celebration, getting dressed up which I feel requires lighting. My only complaint is the room lighting was a little too dim.

Great location, shampoo and shower gel bottles were empty upon arrival. Coffee station in the room was not stocked. Staff was not informative, my stay was booked through a 3rd party. The daily parking fee was not mentioned at checkin, or reflected on my check out receipt. My credit card was charged the day after I left the hotel. I specifically asked for a final checkout receipt at departure and received a partial breakdown not reflecting parking fees or a restaurant purchase. Hilton management, you can do better! We know the technology is available to provide accurate checkout receipts and you have the funds to train your staff!

I work part time in north Dallas and I have been staying at this hotel. I’ve had bad experiences in some other local hotels. The quality here is better, very nice and friendly staff and good housekeeping. Rooms are spacious and attractive. They also have a nice restaurant. There are many good members of the staff but the best is Selena. She is the waitress for the evening meal. She is amazing. Gets to know everyone, remembers their preferences and works so efficiently it’s amazing. She is the best!!! I am here about once a month for a week and it is a very pleasant experience. The only negative is that it is farther away from where I work but the positives outweigh the negatives. I see a lot of negative posts here, usually based on the parking fee. But the room fees are quite a bit cheaper that other hotels in Dallas and you get to stay in a Hilton hotel. Life is good!!!
