- SSShanetra SimsNov 18, 20251.0Do not book here! This place has bed bugs, the staff Cora was absolutely rude and unprofessional the manager lacks accountability! The place is old and run down! I have never had bed bugs in my life! I felt something biting me just to turn on the light with a bed bug crawling, I left immediately! I spoke with Dan that was the nighttime auditor, he was very nonchalant and offered another room. I declined due to my current room having bed bugs don’t want to risk the next one! I called Ricardo from management left voicemails with no reply! I contacted the 3rd party vendor hotels.com considering Cora stated I have to get my refund from them, they stated they could never get in contact with them to approve the refund! I will NEVER go again and wouldn’t recommend it! The AC wasn’t even working they had to keep everyone on the first floor, cracks in the ceiling and walls it was just an awful experience!

They made the experience worth coming back to this location they were friendly and place was clean .. didn’t get to enjoy the pool though it was way too much bleach made our eyes burn out but other than that the place was all love .
