Second time staying here. Place needs renovations/updating. When I went down for breakfast, they charged me $11 for a singular cup of yogurt (and the granola was very stale). I am a Hilton Diamond member and assumed it was a free “continental breakfast,” given this is a lower-tier establishment. Room was clean, but the iron didn’t work, sprayed water everywhere, and got white stuff on my navy pants. Place just seems a little neglected/stuck in time. Will be booking at Marriott in the future.

I had a very disappointing stay, beginning with an unacceptable check-in experience and continuing throughout the night. When we arrived, we waited approximately 10–15 minutes for assistance while the front desk representative, Ray, was in the restroom. When he returned, he stated that his stomach hurt, which was unnecessary and unprofessional to share with guests. I asked a simple question about the room price because the Honors discount shown online differed from the regular rate, and I specifically asked if the Honors discount had been applied. Instead of answering my question, Ray responded in a rude and dismissive tone, saying, “Just like every hotel, there is an incidental fee, which you’ll get back in the morning.” This did not address my question and came across as condescending. When my friend calmly expressed that the interaction felt disrespectful and could have been handled more politely, Ray handed us water but did not acknowledge his tone or attitude. There was no apology, clarification, or attempt to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, there was a loud, persistent noise coming from the room’s vent throughout the night, making it very difficult to sleep. This issue further impacted the quality of our stay and was never addressed. Overall, this experience fell far below expected hospitality standards. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to ensure better training, accountability, and room maintenance moving forward.

Staff upgraded room. Issues with 1st room and adjacent rooms necessitated moving to a suite. Suite was bigger that some apartments I've rented.

I booked a room 1 week before our Christmas vacation. Paid it and I even called to confirm Monday 12/22/2025 and talk to corazon. When I came today I received cancellation email 10 ‘mins before we check in they’re reason is they don’t have clean room. That’s why I book in advance. And front desk man Dan is a jerk and very rude. I have my daughter with and at 5:30pm looking for Hotel where we can stay we travel 6 hours it’s too much stress !!
