Location is great, but the Hilton garden in Dallas/Richardson has a very similar name. Make sure to double check before booking because this property is not helpful when you make the wrong selection in the application. The room themselves are tolerable, but there is insufficient drawers in the room, the breakfast is sub par, the downstairs area is not pleasant. Lastly the management unhelpful when mistakes are made. Interesting that loyalty also doesn’t matter. Been with Hilton for a decade and they were not able to help us out. Definitely not booking here again.

I have been to this hotel many times. I usually don't have an issue, even this issue wasnt a major 1 but very inconvenient. First issue was after check in and my husband was in the room bathroom and I also had to go, so I went to the bathroom in the lobby. The woman's bathroom was totally clogged (why would someone empty an entire roll of toilet paper into the toilet?) so I went to the men's and there was pee all over the seat and floor. I let the front desk know of these issues and decided to hold it and go back to my room. Much later in the evening my husband clogged the rooms bathroom so he went to the front desk to ask for a plunger (he was absolutely going to fix the issue himself as he has Crohn's Disease) but the hotel staff couldn't find 1 so our bathroom was unusable from 10 pm untill we checked out. My daughter also has ulcerative colitis so they both have to make frequent bathroom trips but, bc we couldn't get the toilet unclogged, any time anyone had to use the bathroom we had to make a trip down to the lobby. How an entire hotel property does not have a single plunger I do not know

Tanya at the front desk is the only problem with this entire hotel! Terrance was great when I told him about her issues and she was on her best behavior on the days that she worked with him! He’s gone again today! And I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism! There is nothing in her that qualifies her for customer service! I cannot ask for anything without complete attitude! I tried to let it go because Terrance was so nice when she came around the desk to my one year old daughter but I have zero sympathy for someone on her level! If the owner would like to contact me I’d appreciate it!
