Tanya at the front desk is the only problem with this entire hotel! Terrance was great when I told him about her issues and she was on her best behavior on the days that she worked with him! He’s gone again today! And I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism! There is nothing in her that qualifies her for customer service! I cannot ask for anything without complete attitude! I tried to let it go because Terrance was so nice when she came around the desk to my one year old daughter but I have zero sympathy for someone on her level! If the owner would like to contact me I’d appreciate it!

I was really disappointed with my visit. I found a cockroach in the room, which is completely unacceptable. I expected much better. I won’t be coming back and definitely can’t recommend it. the staff apologized and promised to refund one night, but they never followed through. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Nothing particularly bad per se, just average, relatively clean, easy access, breakfast was okay, juice is not recommended (odd tasting) all somewhat bland, nice that breakfast is offered, prefer off site meal.

The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast featuring waffles, fresh cut fruits, bacon or sausage, eggs, dairy products like milk, yogurt and almond milk. Room was clean and well maintained. The business center is available, equipped with two computers and a printer. AVOID room #109 since the room located right next to (possibly) main AC control room, which generates a consistent, loud buzzing vibration sound throughout the night.

I had a great experience there over this weekend. 1st problem tho we had was there tap water. Didn't taste right at all from sink or shower. So water wasn't usable for our 4 yr old son to drink. He didn't like it at all, had to go buy water. My wife n I didn't like it in our coffee either r at breakfast. There was also a horrible smell on elevator that my wife couldn't stand.
