  I will say that the hotel is awesome and clean I was just disappointed that they denied a refund for mistakenly booking the room for the following day instead of tge night I was staying there. (I was at the front desk booking for the same night but used expedia to do it and after canceling the second night the hotel refused to refund me. other than that it is a nice quiet stay

  A few words of advice. 1. Do not book this hotel early. Prices are heavily marked up untill 30 days before booked when prices are slashed to fill more rooms. 2. They do not budge on policy, book a room for 1 day before actual check in they would not adjust the dates or offer any kinds of concessions. 3. Do not book the highest available room. Room flooded before check-in and was down graded with no refunds and only other option given was to cancel the entire stay. Staff is nice. Rooms are cool-bathrooms are ehhh But ownership is terrible.

  I had a wonderful stay at the NYLO Hotel. The hotel has a unique boutique feel with a modern, industrial design that really sets it apart from standard hotels. The rooms were extremely clean, stylish, and comfortable, with great attention to detail. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the entire experience even better. The location is excellent! close to restaurants, shopping, and major highways, yet still quiet and relaxing. I especially appreciated the overall ambiance of the hotel; it felt upscale but welcoming at the same time. If you’re looking for a hotel that’s comfortable, modern, and different from the typical chain experience, NYLO is an excellent choice. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

  The room was very meh. The shower was sensitive and went from scalding to freezing and you better hope nobody flushes while you're using it. The bed was uncomfortable and comforter had random hard lumps in it. The room was clean, just not very comfortable. Also, no black out curtains. There was no way to keep the light out, just a thin curtain. And, only one elevator works.

  My stay at NYLO Hilton was extremely disappointing and fell far below the standards I expect from the Hilton brand. I checked in later in the afternoon and was immediately met with subpar, unwelcoming customer service. Things went downhill quickly when I discovered that the shower in my room had no hot water at all. After calling the front desk, I was told I could switch rooms—an unrealistic and frustrating suggestion given that I had an event to get ready for and had already unpacked all of my luggage. I was then offered maintenance assistance, only to be told that maintenance had already left for the day. In all my years as a Hilton member, I have never experienced being forced to take a cold shower at a Hilton property. This is basic hospitality, and no one pays good money to be uncomfortable—especially when preparing for a scheduled event. This experience was unacceptable and completely avoidable. I will never stay at a NYLO property again, and I would strongly caution other Hilton loyalists to reconsider if they expect the comfort and service the brand is known for.
