- TVTerra VillersJan 1, 20261.0This was a terrible hotel experience from start to finish. The staff was neither helpful nor friendly, which immediately set the tone for our stay. Had to wait an “ extended amount of time “ for our room to be ready. The AC and heat are motion-sensored, meaning they only work if you’re physically in the room. If you leave for any amount of time, the system shuts off completely. When you return, the room feels stuffy with poor airflow and awful air quality. On top of that, the room had a strong chemical smell, similar to Fabuloso, which made it even more uncomfortable. When I requested an extra pillow, I was told I had to come down to the front desk to get it myself because they “had no help,” whatever that means. That level of service is unacceptable for a hotel. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. You’re much better off staying next door or anywhere else.
