Bei Check in wurde uns ein Zimmer zugewiesen, indem die Wände im Badezimmer mit Fäkalien beschmiert waren. Nachdem wir dies reklamiert hatten, bekamen wir ein Zimmer zugewiesen, was technisch nicht in Ordnung war. (Unter anderem die Klimaanlage ohne Funktion, was bei Temperaturen um die 30° problematisch war.) Das dritte Zimmer war, so dass man es aushalten konnte, es jedoch auch nicht zu 100 % in Ordnung war. Im gesamten Hotel konnte man sehen, dass Sauberkeit und Hygiene nicht an erster Stelle stehen. So gab es zum Beispiel beim Frühstück verschimmelte Lebensmittel und auch Verschmutzungen auf dem Frühstücksbuffet wurden einfach nicht beseitigt. Das einzige, was zuverlässig funktionierte, war, dass wenn das Frühstück bis 9:00 Uhr ging um 8:59 Uhr das Buffet geschlossen beziehungsweise abgeräumt wurde. Selbst wenn Gäste noch etwas haben wollten, wurde dies gekonnt ignoriert. Auch der Außenbereich, insbesondere im Bereich des Pools und auch im Bereich des Grills, der extra für die Gäste vorgehalten wurde, war alles ziemlich verdreckt und ohne Pflege. Beschwerden, die dem Personal gegenüber vorgebracht wurden (egal ob persönlich oder schriftlich die Management gegenüber) wurden schlichtweg ignoriert. Uns ist vollkommen unklar, wie so viele gute Bewertungen zu Stande kommen können.

The AC went completely out of control, and the room was not cleaned properly. I reported the issues and was told someone would follow up, but no one ever did. I haven’t had a stay this bad in years — truly disappointing, especially from a brand I usually trust.
