  Nathan was very refreshing to work with. He accommodated my every request ... i had a business deadline that he helped me with and it worked out great. I highly recommend nathan as part of any aspect of the business. He went above and beyonf the call of duty to help me with a timely request.

  I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels over the years, including many in the DFW area, and Hilton Granite Park is by far the one I return to the most. I’ve stayed here more than any other hotel, and in certain situations I’ll even drive a little farther just to stay here because it’s always an exceptional experience. The location is perfect, the rooms are consistently high-quality and feel truly 5-star, but what really sets this place apart is the service. The staff goes above and beyond every single time—friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on making your stay easy and enjoyable. Whether it’s the front desk, housekeeping, or the team around the property, the level of professionalism and hospitality is unmatched. This hotel is reliable, comfortable, and consistently outstanding. I always recommend Hilton Granite Park to anyone coming to the area.

  I can't put into words how much Nathan and Bessan helped me yesterday. I lost my prescription sunglasses and I realized that they might have fallen in my lunch bag that I threw in the trash. Nathan contacted housekeeping and he walked me down to the trash cans and four different people from housekeeping came down...put gloves on INCLUDING Nathan and poured the trash out until they found my glasses!! I couldn't believe it. I travel all the time and I can honestly tell you that I have NEVER experienced the service that I received today. Nathan and the ladies in housekeeping truly went above and beyond what anyone would normally do in his position. Thank you for hiring such great people!

  I just wanted to compliment Nathan and Bessan at the Hilton Dallas/Plano Granite Park. We are staying for a dance convention and I just stopped by the front desk to see if any rooms would be available yet and Nathan was super helpful in getting me in a room early as well as my parking situated.

  I have stayed at this hotel many times--but this will be the last. To begin with, a constant struggle to maintain toilet paper in the room. When we showed up--1/3 of a roll--that's it. Next day, one roll put in the bathroom counter--no replacement. We ended up pilfering toilet paper from the open supplies closet. But while that was an irritant, the catering manager was inexcusable. We paid for 4 days of parking, but upon returning to the hotel on Sunday night--after my father's wake no less--there wasn't a parking spot available anywhere. Went to the front desk to ask what to do and a young woman with "catering manager" on her name tag told us parking was first come firs serve and that we should try a few hours later after their big event was over. That would have been tough for us--since the next morning we had a funeral to attend. But she never asked anything about our circumstance, never acknowledged our loyalty as guest, just recited policy and walked away. I bet we have stayed in this hotel 20 times over the last four years, but never will again.
