Lluvia, remembered me from a previous stay, and helped with anything I needed. She is warm, polite, helpful and makes we feel welcomed. Monica, at the front desk also helped me with business affairs when I couldn't get the printer to work and she brings plenty of laughter with her fun personality. Thank you ladies for all that you do.
