Beautiful landscaping and a spacious pool area surround us. Located three three blocks from the Music City Mall with a jogging track, city park and pond just outside to the west of the hotel the Hampton Inn Odessa is just a few minutes from Midland, and within easy reach of shopping,dining and other attractions.

- PNPenny NorrisOct 14, 20253.0Arrived after 10 hour drive in a huge U-Haul towing a car to find that half the parking lot was closed due to major hotel renovation which was not indicated on the web site when I booked. When I asked front desk how we were to park we got a “just park out back”. I had to demand she come outside with me to see what the issue was. She spoke to the manager who never came outside of the office to help address the issue with us face to face. The only help we got was from the construction foreman who moved equipment around and he asked permission from his boss for us to park in the middle of the construction zone around huge pieces of equipment. The absolute lack of concern by management for a customer who has been with Hampton Inn for years just astounds me. Management needs to do better.
