The staff was helpful and went above and beyond to help me when I left clothes behind. The whole team, Jonathan, Lisa, and others found a box and shipped immediately so I could get my items before my next trip.

Absolutely unsuitable for a business traveler. There is absolutely no service at this hotel. You have to go downstairs to the front desk to get everything including soap, towels etc. The thermostat does not work and the rooms are cold. The bed is horrible and old with spring mattresses. The bathroom was dirty and the toilet seat is broken. See pictures. The manager Joshua is inept, incompetent and rude. When I complained he told me to go find another hotel. As a Bonvoy elite member I found his comment to be disrespectful and disgraceful. Do not stay here. The worst !

As soon as I got in my room I found dirt all over the floor, a gecko crawling around (I don't mind geckos, but makes you wonder why it's there), leaking showerhead, and it looked as if every corner in the room had never been touched. I stay at hiltons all the time and this was one of the dirtiest I've seen.

From 12:30am -3:30am they allowed guests to blast loud music in the parking lot, rev cars, and scream and run in the halls. The front desk did nothing despite multiple complaints. We were unable to sleep due to the excessive noise.
